This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom oceanfront condo. The whole unit was upgraded in late 2015 with all new flooring, furniture, paint, cabinets, and granite. This unit has 1 king, 3 queens and a sleeper sofa and can accommodate a max of 10.

Ashworth resort is located at 102 North Ocean Boulevard. Ashworth is an 18-story building in the attractive Ocean Drive section along the North Myrtle Beach oceanfront with all the comforts of home. Every vacation condominium at Ashworth features an oceanfront balcony so your family’s beach vacation begins with oceanfront views of our beautiful white, sandy beaches. Ashworth’s family-friendly recreational amenities include a pool deck with an oceanfront lazy river, oceanfront swimming pool, oceanfront kiddie pool and relaxing, oceanfront hot tub.

Convenient parking for 2 vehicles in the multi-level parking garage at Ashworth makes parking a breeze. Roaches everywhere

Everything looked just ok it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed, and a few dishes were cleaned but still in dishwasher then we started to see roaches crawling, I called North Beach Vacation and they had someone out the next day to spray and clean up dead roaches, didnt see but 2 after that, but we still had to keep all our food in fridge. Im sure all this has been taken care of but forvthe price I dont think it should have happen. Please note I never leave a review but needed to this time.

Great Stay in a Great Location!

This unit offered everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay at the Ashcroft. With linens provided, a well-stocked kitchen, ans everything in working order, our stay was relaxing and carefree. Unit location within the resort was perfect, too... We could chat with group members on the pooldeck from our balcony, but still high enough above the dunes to see the ocean and our umbrellas on the beach. * The cleaning crew may need to spend just a little longer in the condo, taking time to look behind chairs, in drawers, and in closets. We found a random pair of little pink socks, a few crumbs behind the chair in the master bedroom, and a little random note in a bedroom drawer most likely behind the owner of the pink socks. None of these discoveries detracted from our stay and were easy to deal with on our own... they certainly weren't a reflection on the owner either! I'm sure the cleaning crews were working diligently to get as many condos ready for the next move-in as possible, and being able to check-in early was worth the tiny oversights. All around fantastic stay and a great resort!

Family vacay

The unit could use updating. The master bed is very uncomfortable and sits on two full size box springs. It makes it so the bed slants toward the middle. The building has a small pool for the amount of units. If you are an adult and want some peaceful pool time it will need to be early in the morning or late in the day. Also, even though it states no personal beach umbrellas are allowed on the beach at this building the area in front of rentable beach umbrellas was filled with them. We had a good time but would look for a different place to stay next time.

Good vacation

Overall condo was great. Needs new curtains in living room and could be cleaned a little better but overall would stay there again.

Cleanliness

This was a great place to stay. Very close to the beach and pool area. You didn't hear your neighbors. Our freezer wasn't working but i got quick response from North Beach realty and received a new fridge next day. The condo needs a good cleaning. Dirt under couches. Fans were caked with dirt. The old refrigerator was sticky. My husband cleaned the filter for the air conditioner and replaced the filter and vacuumed the rooms. Other than that we loved our stay!

Reviewer Comments: Our unit was on the first floor which meant we didn't have to wait for the elevators (it can be a long wait depending on the day of the week). The condo is oceanfront with relaxing pools and lazy river. There is also an area to cookout, which people were utilizing every day. The condo was clean and as advertised. Check-in was easy and convenient. Check out was a snap too. The condo is in a great location, which is in walking distance to several restaurants and bars. It's also within in a 5 minute drive to stores and pharmacies.

No problems found. Great stay!

It was an overall great property. We slept 9 comfortably. We had zero issues with check in or cleanliness. Beautiful location. Just know that the property will not allow a 3rd vehicle in the parking garage, but, you can leave a vehicle at the office 9 minutes away. We made it work and had no problems with the vehicle we left at office. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location and the condo but have one major problem with it. The beds all need new mattresses. The one in th master bedroom is the worst. If my granddaughter wasn’t staying with us I would have slept on the couch. I’m happy they painted from our last stay but the beds made it miserable. Maybe they can put wood under the mattress or buy a strong mattress pad. While I know mattresses are expensive it’s just too important not to address. I would only recommend this to a friend if this has been fixed. We plan to stay again next year if some measure has been taken.

Over priced for what we got.

We did a precheck in before getting the keys. We were told to come back at 4p. They must have told everyone to come back at 4p. It was acluster. The parking garage had massive peeling rubber. Just an old building. The furniture was scuffed and chipped. They supplied the room with 1 dishtowel and 2 washclothes for 8 people. I have to say it was a great location. We were right on the beach. Would never stay here again.

Very Nice Condo, lots of room

This was one of the best places our family has stayed at. Very roomy, clean and best of all on the 1st floor.

Great Time

Beach location was perfect. Being on the 1st floor was great with little kids. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing was the place needs a real good cleaning. We did contact the rental company and they send someone over because the ceiling fan and air vents were very dirty. She did her best but it needs a good going over when the season is over. That said, it certainly didn’t effect our holiday. We’d stay here again.

We loved the location being on the 1st floor and close to the pool and beach.

We liked that it has a kiddie pool, lazy river, indoor pool and outdoor pool. This was great for the young kids. Also that each bedroom had a bathroom with it. Made getting ready to go out for the evening much quicker !

Extremely filthy.

The place itself was gross. They did not clean at all. We spent the first day cleaning everything. We had babies and toddlers crawling on the floor. After the first hr all feet were black and the poor babies knees hands and tops of feet were black. We found underwear and food wrappers under beds. One bed didn’t have a fitted sheet. Towel rack was broken one fridge shelf was broken. All bathrooms had black mold. The master bedroom air vent had black mold dripping down. The location was great and the view was great. Those don’t out do the amount of filth we had to clean though.

Almost perfect

Great location in N. Myrtle Beach. First floor was wonderful for my husband who prefers not to ride elevators. The full kitchen was great and fully stocked with all the utensils and pots and pans we needed to make family meals. Washer and dryer was essential for our large family. The biggest issue for us was the pullout sofa that was advertised in the description. We planned on using this for our oldest son but this quickly changed after we pulled it out. The plastic was still on the mattress along with some dried dark sticky substance inside the corners and in various spots inside the plastic on the mattress. Immediately we knew that our son would not be able to sleep there so we had to purchase an air mattress. (I took photos but I am unable to submit those with the review). I would highly suggest for the owners to replace this mattress all together. I would definitely stay here again if they made that change. Thanks. NC Mom

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors were dirty so mopped several times. The carpet in bedroom were dirty. The place needs a deep cleaning. Bathrooms were clean thankfully. The patio furniture was dirty and what pads were on chairs were dirty. All cheap plastic furniture. Looked at furniture on neighboring patio and looked very nice. We had great weather and had great view. First floor right above pool and enjoyed watching the kids play.
