Welcome to Tall Pines! Completely renovated in 2021, this beautiful summer house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and offers everything you need to enjoy a perfect Maine beach vacation.

*We have very rare year round home that offers central AC, heat, and laundry!*

Location - Our home is located in the heart of Ocean Park, a quiet, family friendly area in Old Orchard Beach Maine. Just 5 blocks (less than a 10 minute walk) to the beach and center of Ocean Park which offers dining, shopping and more! Tall Pines is located on a quiet street surrounded by beautiful pine trees and quaint beach cottages. It is located just 1.5 miles from the Old Orchard Beach Pier.

Our home has three spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed, bedroom 2 has (2) twin sized beds, and the master bedroom has a queen sized bed, custom vaulted ceilings boasting a 200 year old Coastal Maine wood beam. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, TVS, bureaus and closets to store all your things. There is one full bath with tub/shower combo and the master bathroom
has a large walk in shower.

Large open concept living and dining area with beautiful brick fireplace and dining room table with seating for 4, island seating for 3. Our kitchen is fully stocked with stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, dining sets and cookware.
Yard - Our large yard is a great place to unwind and grill out - (gas grill is on site). An outdoor shower is available to rinse off the sand and salt water at the end of the day! We also have a cozy screened in porch to relax and enjoy the coastal summer breeze.
Parking - Our house can accommodate parking for 3 cars in the driveway.
Bedding/Linen – Is NOT included. Please bring your own sheets, blankets, pillow cases and comforters. **Should you be interested in renting bedding, please contact us and we can connect you to this service.**
Towels- Please bring your own shower and beach towels with you so you can feel most at home during your visit.
Wifi - high speed internet is included in this rental.
YouTube TV & Netflix included in all three bedrooms and living room.

Attractions - We are located .5 miles to the beach, 1.5 miles from the Pier and Palace Playland and 3.2 miles from Funtown Splashtown USA, 18.5 miles to downtown Portland Maine.

Comfortable and pleasant

We had a lovely stay with our adult (early 20s) children. It was an easy walk to the beach and the quaint town square.

We loved our week long stay at Tall Pines! The house is beautiful, clean and peaceful. We especially loved sitting out on the porch and how close we were to the beach! We love Ocean Park, it is a special place to enjoy family time together. We made many memories during our stay at Tall Pines! Lindsay is the best host, answering any questions we had with a quick response. We look forward to staying again sometime!

We loved this place. Setting was beautiful. House was newly renovated and done quite nicely. The screen porch was awesome. It was very very clean for our arrival. We spent a great 2 weeks here.

Cousin reunion in Ocean Park, Maine

We loved staying in Lindsay’s home. Did I mention cleanliness? Very, very clean. The home is exactly like the listing. Lindsay was very easy to work with and if I had a question, she got back to me in minutes. I highly recommend Lindsay’s home to rent.

Absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! It’s been updated and has all of the amenities, including a beautifully renovated open kitchen, dining and living area. It also has central air, which was great to come back to after a day at the beach, which by the way is only a short walk from the cottage. And the screened in porch was a great place to hang out too!!

Good location. Owner very responsive with inquiries. The property is in need of repairs. Lots of stains on the rugs, etc.

Thank you for your review. As we just purchased the cottage two years ago, and it is very old, of course we have a long list of cosmetic updates we want to do. Thus far we have had the entire exterior of the cottage painted, upgraded the bathroom vanity, purchased new couches, tv’s and two new beds. Updating the flooring is on our list but if we are able to maintain one of the lowest rental rates in Ocean park we needed to consider tackling these projects over time. Repairs and cosmetic upgrades are very separate issues and we are certain there are no maintenance issues with the cottage. Thanks again for your stay and we hope you had a wonderful vacation in Maine

Cutest cottage!

My family and I had a great week in OP at this adorable home! The decor was beautiful and the house was clean and neat when we arrived. Lindsay was so accommodating and quick to respond when we had an issue with the TV. She has thought of so many perfect details to make the house feel welcoming, including crayons and games for kids and adults and books to borrow for the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great week in Ocean Park

This house is as described in the listing. We definitely needed the AC this week as the temps were in the 90s so we were happy we chose this rental. Could be great

This property has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it didn’t fully meet our expectations. The interior of the house was very nice—clean, well-maintained, and generally comfortable. While the cleaner missed a few minor details, it wasn’t anything too concerning. However, all four mattresses were extremely worn out and really need to be replaced. The main issue was the outdoor area. The grill was unusable, as both the inside and outside were dirty. There were a couple of plastic chairs outside, and they were covered in dirt, mud, and pollen. I considered cleaning them myself, but even the hose was grimy. It looked like the entire outdoor space hadn’t been maintained for quite some time, likely since winter.On a positive note, Lindsay was fantastic to work with—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the home matched the description and worked well for our needs.

The Quiet Pines

The cottage was spotless when we arrived! We found a lovely welcome note and a beautifully hand painted bag with fun gifts inside! The bedrooms were larger than they appeared in the online photos, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything one might need. We especially liked the Great Room, spacious and light. The quiet location was the perfect respite we needed, and not far from the beach and gift stores!

A fun week at OOB!

Nice updated clean cottage with new AC units in LR and MB. Front porch with new sofa was lovely. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Plenty of parking. We plan on returning!

Epitome of 5 Stars

First time renter on VRBO. Lindsay was extremely responsive and patient as we navigated this process. She was understanding and thoughtful, even having a gift bag and handwritten note waiting for us when we arrived. There was never any pushback and she genuinely cared and wanted us to enjoy our trip. We will be returning.

The cottage is comfortable but in need of some upgrades. The owner is very responsive and is planning some of the changes necessary. They are new owners and some years of neglect to overcome. The location was perfect enough going on on the street to keep my 93 YO mother entertained on the screened porch. Close enough to all our friends to easily walk to their cottages but far enough away for some privacy. Outdoor shower is awesome. A bit far from the beach but walkable.

Ideal cottage stay in OP

We had an amazing time at Lindsay's Ocean Park cottage! It had everything our group of five needed for a relaxing week by the ocean. Our family has stayed at several cottages in Ocean Park over the years, and this one definitely did not disappoint. We arrived on a scorching day in mid-July and were so happy to see each room equipped with ceiling and standing fans. We all loved the cottage feel and Maine/beach decor, as well as the comforts of home like the cable TV and wifi. The screened in patio also added to our enjoyment of the home. An easy 10-minute walk to the beach. Thanks so much for having us, Lindsay - we'll be back!
