Important Seawind Elevator Construction Notice
We are excited to announce that Seawind will undergo an elevator modernization project to enhance guest experience. The project will start October 20, 2025 and last through the end of April 2026. During this time, one elevator will remain in service for guests to use while the other elevator is out of service for updates. This may cause longer wait times during busy times of the day (check in/check out, lunch/dinner time, or during a pop up rainstorm). PROPERTY AT A GLANCE
Unit 1605 at Seawind is gorgeous and so incredibly comfortable!!

The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances...it is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. A very large laundry room is found off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer.

The owner is so thoughtful and you will find extras all throughout this condo!! A beach cart with chairs, a few sand toys and an umbrella to use during your stay! The kitchen is extra stocked!!

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a huge 50” HDTV and BluRay DVD player. The living room overlooks the beach and has access to the gulf front deck. The dining room table sits 6 with more seating found at the kitchen bar.

All bedrooms and living room are equipped with HDTV's and BluRay DVD players with access to NetFlix.

The master and guest baths are both large and very luxurious with granite counters.

The deck is stocked with multiple sitting areas and very comfortable furniture!!

BEDDING CONFIGURATION
Bedding arrangements (sleeps up to 10):
Master: King sized bed, private bath, gulf front deck access
Guest 1: King sized bed, semi-private bath
Guest 2: Queen over queen bunk beds.
Living Room: High quality, double stacked queen sized air mattress with internal pump provided for extra sleeping arrangement. *Not a sleeper sofa, but much more comfortable!*

PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

Seawind is located in the heart of Gulf Shores and walking distance to so much classic Gulf Shores fun: the beach, Sea and Suds, Waffle House, The Hangout, Gulf State Fishing Pier, surf shops, ice cream, hot dogs and more!! Seawind has so many wonderful amenities for guests of all ages to enjoy!!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
