Beautiful 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo located on a scenic stretch of the Guadalupe River with breathtaking views! This third-floor condo offers a large private patio, covered parking for one vehicle, with elevator access, refrigerator, washer, and dryer included. Beautiful canyon views with direct river access, you’ll want to spend your afternoon's tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers float by.

If you have never been to the Hill Country, you are missing out! From wineries to water parks, there is something for everyone and did I mention the scenery?

My condo is not just a rental, it is my home away from home. It comes fully furnished with TVs in each bedroom and in the living room WiFi, board games, dominoes, cards, puzzles, washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen including toaster, blender, coffee maker, ice cream maker and more. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with premium sheets and bedding and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds with high quality linens and bedding. The second bathroom is conveniently located between the living room and 2nd bedroom and has a tub and shower. The condo sleeps six comfortably. This condo is on the third floor with amazing views of the Guadalupe River. There are also shopping carts and an elevator for guest to use.

If you want to venture out, visit Schlitterbahn, the World’s Best Waterpark in New Braunfels (less than 15 miles away) or spend the day in Gruene, shopping, visiting the wineries or dancing the night away at the infamous Gruene Hall. Natural Bridge Caverns, Wimberly, and the San Marcos Premium Outlets are a short drive away. Canyon Lake is less than 5 minutes away where you can rent boats or jet skis. The whole area is full of small music venues like Whitewater Amphitheater (less Than 5 miles away) where you can hear the likes of Josh Abbott, Aaron Watson, Kevin Fowler, Hank Williams Jr. among many other talents. Maybe your ideal vacation is all about fly fishing. Did you know that Texas Parks and Wildlife and Guadalupe River Trout Unlimited stock this area each winter with rainbow and brown trout? January and February are prime fishing months here!

IMPORTANT ITEMS TO NOTE:
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands. If you have more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio . No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. We are not allowed to give you more parking passes, if you have more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away.

Guests have access to the river and the pool. Bring you own folding chairs and possibly a canopy in case you want to take them down to sit in the water to watch tubers, kayakers go by. There is plenty of areas outside the condo to walk, jog or just enjoy the scenery. There is lots of wildlife in the area include lots of deer, silver and red fox, and turkeys in the winter!

This is a family friendly complex. Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced between 10 PM- 9 AM. No pets are allowed at the complex.
