We loved staying here for a long weekend in Savannah. The location was great and we walked everywhere in the city. The balcony was a nice area to sit outside and have coffee. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but for two people it was fine. We lucked up and got a parking spot across the street which was great and we didn't have to pay for parking. I would stay here again.

Perfect for our needs!!!

Clean, quiet neighborhood, close walk to everything Savannah has to offer. Loved the clawfoot tub. Cozy too!! Will definitely stay again!

Great Location in Historic Savannah

Walking distance to everything. Nice balcony. Quite square. Excellent Deli right next door.

Fantastic location and a beautifully maintained rental that matches the description perfectly. Communication with the owner was exceptional! I loved the décor and the window that opens out to the balcony. Fabulous location

Super cute apartment with necessities provided, modern decor with cool artwork and mirrors, great bedroom with super comfy bed, quiet neighborhood and perfect location for walking to anything and everything in historic Savannah. Would definitely recommend for a single traveler or couple planning to spend a lot of time out and about exploring this beautiful city.

Great small apartment for couple

My husband and I stayed at the carriage house and had an excellent experience. The house was clean and comfortable, and we loved the little deck overlooking Habersham street. The location is perfect - walking distance from everything, so we didn't rent a car or take an Uber at all during our trip. The carriage house was the perfect little home base during our time in Savannah.

Very walkable location

Charming spot in Savannah. Attentive host. Lovely view from balcony. But bring everything from Kleenex to a sharp knife if you are staying long. Not accessible, steep stairs and deep tub.

Long Weekend

We weren’t expecting snow, but the location made this surprise enjoyable. It’s super cozy and very comfortable. Conveniently located by charming hole in the wall bars, trendy restaurants, quaint coffee bars and so close to the Catherdral.Thank you for a great weekend in the Carriage house!!

Gem of a place and great Location

Jennys place was perfect for our 3 nights in Savannah! We loved the location and all that it had to offer. So many great places within walking distance. We did not drive anywhere, which is our goal when we come to the charming town of Savannah. Definitely grab a sandwich right next door at the Urban Deli, you won’t regret it! Thank you for sharing your place with us. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place!

Great place to stay in a perfect location in historic Savannah! Is smaller in person than pictures. No Wi-Fi. So tv was useless as well.

Quick weekend

The listening said green wall for the front door but the wall was painted a different color and there wasn't an unit number on the door. Otherwise just about everything was great. The pet deposit is a little high but we enjoyed our stay and the location.

Overall disappointing stay. While the location is great and the place was clean, there are serious comfort issues. The apartment was eighty-two degrees on arrival with only a small window AC unit blowing directly on the bed. The thermostat is in the locked commercial space below—guests can’t access it and the host doesn’t understand that hot air rises, so temperature adjustments downstairs don’t cool upstairs. In summer, this is a major problem. Additionally, there are no blackout curtains, only cheap blinds, with bright external lights shining directly into the bedroom from both sides, making sleep difficult. Windows lack proper caulking, so outside noise is loud. The host was also rude and dismissive when we requested a refund. Would not recommend.

Great place, a perfect distance from the tourist areas

Took a short weekend trip to Savannah. The listing was great for our needs, far enough away from the tourist areas but close enough to walk everywhere. There was an issue with the ceiling fan in the common room and Jen was immediately accommodating in trying to help us. The one note I would like to add. Please update photos of the entrance to building. The door is different than the pictures and it took us a minute to figure that we were at the right place. Overall we would stay here again and recommend to others

Anniversary Trip

Highly recommend this property! Only one thing I would mention is if you're a taller person (my husband is 6'5") you might find the bathroom a bit tight but since it's a historical building that's understandable. Also if you're staying during the week there is an early morning trash pick-up on Tuesday I believe. That being said, the location was amazing! Great for couple or individual. Not having full amenities was a non-issue for us as we enjoyed the local restaurants and coffee shops.

Great weekend in Savannah

This property is in a great location and walking distance to everything in Savannah. The bedroom was a good size and has a nice little balcony to do some people watching throughout the day. Similar to a different review, I would suggest to also bring an eye mask as the street light coming in one window is a little bright at night. A curtain would solve this though. Street parking on Harris Street was also very easy to find so we never had to pay to park. Overall, if you're okay not having a full kitchen and plan on just exploring and eating out then this would be a great property to consider.
