4/10 - Insatisfatório

Pontos positivos: Check-in, comunicação e localização
Pontos negativos: Limpeza e precisão do anúncio
I never write reviews but feel the need to express our dissatisfaction with the space. While noted as private unit, you could hear the downstairs guests like they were sitting in the same room with you! Also, the window shade and toilet paper holder were broken in the one and only bathroom. The air vents were filthy with dust and/or mold which may be why there was a VERY strong musty smell in the unit, cabinets, etc. It is a shame because the location is great with a dedicated parking space, but this rental really needs some attention to details for the price. Very disappointed.

House was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Minimal kitchen items to use, but we didn’t really cook much. There was a tenant staying below us that we were not aware of but everything was fine. Slow internet and missing remote for bedroom but host brought us a Roku when requested. Great location to walk.

Thank you for staying at Lucky Savannah and for the four‑star review. I’m glad the home was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and in a great walking location. Sorry the kitchen supplies were minimal — we’ll add more cookware, utensils, and basics for guests who want to cook. Apologies for the surprise tenant below; we’ll make that occupancy clearer in the listing and pre‑arrival information. I’m also sorry the internet was slow — we’ll investigate with our provider and consider a booster or upgrade, and we’ll update the listing with expected speeds. Finally, sorry the bedroom remote was missing — I’m glad the Roku helped, and we’ll replace or re‑stock remotes so all TVs are ready. Thanks for the helpful feedback — we hope to host you again. - The Lucky Savannah Team

Southern Charm

My 75 yr old mother and I stayed at this quaint rental for an extended weekend. The location was quiet and walking distance to the park, a handful of restaurants and the Dot bus stop. It was well stocked, clean, spacious and newly renovated, would definitely recommend.

Perfect location

We couldn’t be more pleased with the location and the comfort of this home. Close to everything but a step away from the high tourism spots. Close to a Kroger and about a mile walk further into town if so inclined. Great communication and so helpful during our stay. Highly recommend.

Charming Savannah Home

When you want to stay in Savannah, you think of these old historic homes. This home was lovely and so comfortable, everything you needed for your stay. The nicest convenience was the parking spot at the back of the home--since street parking isn't always available nearby. Within walking distance to many places.

Overall this was a great place to stay. If you’re looking to do mostly river street activities it’s a longer walk but absolutely doable. Very quiet part of town to stay which is great after a day of exploring. Our only issue was with the mosquitos. There is an inoperable fountain that is acting as a breading ground for them and we came home with numerous bites. Keeping the fountain water moving and adding some mosquito repellents in the surrounding area would be a great help and much appreciated by those who get eaten up by them. Other than that this as probably one of our favorite places to stay if not the favorite place. Would 10/10 recommend.

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad the quiet part of town and overall stay worked well and that Lucky Savannah was one of your favorites. Sorry to hear about the mosquito issue — thank you for flagging the inoperable fountain. We’ll have maintenance check the fountain and arrange pest control in the area. Appreciate the note about the walk to River Street. We’d love to host you again at Lucky Savannah! — The Lucky Team
