The Kitchen – Fully equipped for long-term convenience, the kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and everything you need to prepare meals during your Tampa mid-term rental stay. From home-cooked dinners to quick snacks, the setup is ideal for guests balancing work, school, or medical visits.

The Living Room – Comfortably furnished and versatile, this space is great for quiet reading, hosting guests, or simply unwinding after appointments or classes. It’s a cozy retreat that makes this extended-stay Tampa home feel like your own.

The Bedrooms – Each bedroom features a queen bed with crisp white linens, light comforters, and an iHome clock, creating a restful environment for medical travelers, corporate guests, or families.

Primary Suite: Offers privacy with a full en suite bathroom and a modern stand-up shower.

Bedrooms 2 & 3: Share a spacious guest bathroom conveniently located nearby.

(Lawn care is scheduled for Mondays or Tuesdays to keep the space fresh.)

* Contactless Check-In & Check-Out – For added peace of mind, we provide keyless entry and a fully contactless arrival and departure process.

HOUSE RULES:

* Pets – Pets are welcome with a $100 fee for one pet or $150 for multiple pets. Payment details will be provided after booking.

* Photography & Filming – Commercial photography, video shoots, or publication are not permitted without the owner’s written consent.

* Personal Belongings – We do not provide a lost and found. Please double-check for all personal items before departure.

* Late Check-Out – A $300 fee will be applied for unauthorized late check-outs.

* No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoke or ashes will result in a $250 cleaning fee.

* Minimum Age Requirement – Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
