This delightful two bedroom unit features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, spacious open plan living with air conditioning and dining area with ceiling fan, internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer and a lovely balcony where you can sit and enjoy the salty sea breeze, filtered water views and overlook the beautiful gardens that give the complex its name. The main bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan and built in robes and the second bedroom has a Tri Bunk bunk. There are two separate car spaces that are located under the complex in a secure carpark.

Just across the road you will find a walkway that leads you straight to Nelson Bay, where you can enjoy sunsets over the water, a leisurely walk along the beach, relaxing swim, boutique shopping and plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Enjoyable

Enjoyable stay. What you see online is what you get. A number of vehicles driving past during the night so if you're used to peace and quiet - think twice. Otherwise, a great property; would stay again.

Magnus Gardens

Great location, excellent undercover parking although the door opener was a little temperamental. Access to unit was not clearly marked and the number of keys needed was excessive. Clean tidy unit with all amenities. Light above sink was not working and the bed was quite hard but otherwise a pretty good unit. Only I tv attached to antenna. Some mould evident on curtains in all rooms and washing machine was dirty. Some chipped crockery as well. There were plenty of options for heating and cooling so this was a positive. Could probably have benefitted from a second set of keys as both of us were doing different things on some days.

Great location, difficult booking system

The property is a cute little unit. Dated in parts but functional. Taking your own linen made it difficult for us but given the times probably necessary. The property managers were inflexible and inhospitable.

Very pleasant apartment in nice location

Excellent spacious apartment. Very clean and comfortable with modern touches. Quite close to the water and to the centre of town. Well equipped for a long stay. Secure parking appreciated. Good shower and separate toilet made for extra comfort. Easy key pick up and drop off at agency. The balcony with visiting lorikeets was very nice too.

Fantastic unit

This is a great unit! Spacious, bright and very clean, its location was perfect. Easy walk down to the bay, restaurants and shops so there was no need for the car once we got there. Everything we needed was there for us which made our break so relaxing. We will definitely be coming back here.

Cozy and convenient.

Very convenient, albeit not as clean as expected. Floors needed mopping, carpet needed washing, oven and microwave seems to have been forgotten. Otherwise, a nice little place with great location.

Very well maintained property

It was very nice to stay here, we had a walk to the Marina every day, and it was also very close to the shops. Beautiful garden in front of our balcony with a lot of birds!

Fantastic Unit!

Myself and three friends stayed here for the weekend. Absolutely loved it! Great modern unit in a fantastic location. Only minutes walk to the beach, marina or into town. Fully self-contained. Definitely good value. I will absolutely be booking again.

Very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was in a good location but we still needed the car for most outings. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and modern. The furniture was attractive and functional and the bed was very comfortable. Just a couple of things that needed attention and that was in the kitchen. The fry pan was rather disgusting and there were no serving platters or bread boards. However overall very good.
