Quiet Beach Retreat

Secluded villa-style cottage/condo on east side of Rt. 1 between Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. Located in a quiet area and walking distance to the beach (about 5 blocks), Dewey Beach (.5 mile) and Rehoboth Ave (1 mi). The Jolly Trolley is just around the corner. Perfect for 1-2 couples or a small family. Most comfortable for 1-3 people.

1 assigned off-street parking spot and free non permit parking along F. Benson St.
This is a smoke free property per condo association rules. Quiet hours 11pm-7am. No groups as to respect the neighbors. Renters must be 30 years and up (with exception of families)

Large patio with table, umbrella and new sectional couch. Fully equipped kitchen and gas grill.
Downstairs bedroom with queen bed. 2nd bedroom (double) and loft (twin) are upstairs- spiral staircase. Shower stall only- no tub. HEPA air filters downstairs and upstairs.

2 beach chairs available for use during stay.

1 well behaved dog accepted with pet agreement.

A wonderful little place for a great vacation!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The condo was so cute and comfortable. Perfect for my friend and I for our weekend of surfing. Dana is super nice and fast at responding to messages and questions! 12/10 would recommend!

Super cute place! Owner always responded right away. You do have to walk 10 min or so to the beach but the neighborhood is beautiful.

Great Stay

Really enjoyed staying at Dana’s place. Cute and affordable small condo that is a 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 min walk to downtown Rehoboth. Kitchen is well stocked and the front yard patio is great for chilling / recombobulation! We’d definitely stay there again.

Convenient and cozy

It was a short walk to the beach and and easy drive to area attractions. The compact kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and the decor attractive. We brought out medium sized dog and were able to take him to the beach (offseason) and walk him in the immediate neighborhood. It is an end unit which was nice. We did hear the immediate neighbor dogs barking periodically through the adjoining wall.

Quaint Beach Cottage

We spent the weekend and had a wonderful time! The beds were comfortable and we slept well. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, at least during October. The only con for older or heavier people would be the narrow spiral staircase. Would highly recommend!

Adorable little home near the beach!

Dana was wonderful to work with on our last minute short family trip to Rehoboth! Her home is exactly as described. We had 3 adults and 3 children during our stay. There was plenty of space, but would probably be more comfortable with 4 people! About 10 min walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this location!

Great location for Delaware beaches

We had a wonderful extended weekend stay at the cottage. Dewey beach is within easy walking distance, and Rehoboth is not too much further. Everything you need is actually close by- including a nice farmer's market just a couple blocks south of the cottage. The property owner was very helpful and communicative- we had zero issues with check-in and check-out, or our stay. The property itself is very nice- well maintained and includes all the amenities (well stocked kitchen!). We appreciated the private patio and grill- with a high privacy fence between the parking lot and the patio, we were able to spend a lot of time outside. Highly recommended!

Weekend getaway

Perfect weekend getaway to the beach with my family of 5. We loved the cottage vibe and great location. We were able to walk to beach and took an Uber into Rehoboth at night for dinner. We would definitely rent again.

Our family of five loved it!

Dana was very attentive and helpful. The condo is definitely not spacious but with the large front porch our family had plenty of space to relax. They definitely made good use of space and had all the necessities. Very clean, great location! We biked to Dewey and Rehoboth using back roads. Our kids (ages 15,13,11) slept upstairs and had no issues with stairway and liked having their own space. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice little house

The house was exactly as described. Everything worked smoothly and we had a lovely stay. The host was responsive with questions ahead of time and was flexible on the check out time for us. We enjoyed our visit.

Very cute townhome! Small but has everything you need and very comfortable beds!!

We liked the unit we were in. It was right off Route 1. The only draw back was that a hotel was right behind the unit and could be a little loud at night. Nice outside patio and walkable to the beach!! Close to Rehoboth and Dewey beach. Cute neighborhood !

Loved this litte house

This house is within walking distance of Rehoboth beach and downtown Rehoboth. The house is beachy, clean and comfortable. Although the house is small it is well equipped, and we had everything we needed. We loved our stay here!

I am excited to share my little "home away from home" with you at the Delaware Shore! I bought this gem to have a place to escape Washington DC life and enjoy the beach life. I have come to Rehoboth/Dewey since Girl Scouts way back when and have watched it change and grow with the times!
