Situated on the first floor (walk up), this affordable beachfront unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The unit features a beachfront balcony with beautiful ocean views and breezes which flow through the comfortably furnished loungeroom; equipped with TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi.

The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher and dining area to enjoy meals inside.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed and the second bedroom comes with 2 single beds. Both rooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool year round.

There is also a fully renovated bathroom / laundry with walk in shower, washing machine and dryer.

Kirra Vista 9 is ideally located in the heart of KIrra, directly across from Kirra Beach and the Oceanway Path which offers kilometers of flat, scenic pathway along the beachfront. There is a wide range of cafes, bars and stores all within a short stroll and the beachfront balcony is the perfect spot to watch the Cooly Rocks On festival, and to enjoy whale watching in winter.

Kirra Vista also has an inground swimming pool and secure underground parking available for one car.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property at anytime.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 4 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
