Sunrise Court is located on the first floor directly across the road from beautiful North Kirra Bilinga beach. This classic beach unit has recently been updated with fresh paint, new carpet and new furnishings.

This affordable unit offers an ideal beachfront lifestyle with plenty of space to unwind. It features a huge fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with walk in shower and comfortable loungeroom.

There are 2 spacious bedrooms, master with queen bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds. There are also internal laundry facilities for your convenience. Both bedrooms and the loungerooms have ceiling fans for year round comfort.

Enjoy relaxing in the comfortable lounge area, or step outside onto the sunny balcony and take in the ocean glimpses and refreshing breezes.

Sunrise Court 3 is perfect for a relaxing adults getaway, however is unsuitable for bookings with children.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 7 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
