(1 mile) walk to award winning restaurants (Steak 48), bars, luxury movie theater, salons and grocery. Owners can make some great local recommendations if you like. In the unique circumstance of a cancellation and dates are able to be re-rented and confirmed there may be a possibility of a partial refund depending on the amount of the new sale to re-rent dates. After a cancellation if we are able to re-rent dates for the same price or more based on the new number of people in the group, cancellations more than 6 months in advance of the arrival date result in an extra 15% cancellation charge. Cancellations that are re-rented more than 60 days before your arrival date result in a refund of up to 50% of the stay. For cancellations after 60 days before the arrival date all payments are non-refundable.
