New Private Community - Toobers Welcome!!!!

River road villas are located on the Guadalupe River, 20 minutes from downtown New Braunfels on river road between the second and third crossings. Enjoy the scenic cliff-side and beautiful 100 plus feet of direct river access right out your front door! Tube rental and shuttle service is provided next door. You can enter the river here and exit at a variety of places up and down the river and be returned to the property. This location is perfect for playing in the river or just relaxing as you watch others float in the river below. Also if you enjoy live music, the property is short drive to River Road Ice House, & Gruene Hall. If you are a lover of antiques, the home is less than 10 minutes from Gruene, which provide antique shops as well as many unique shops where artisans sell their wares. The home is also close to many great restaurants as well as several outlet malls. If you get tired of playing in the river, 'schlitterbahn', a wonderful water park is located in New Braunfels.

The new disposable container law in New Braunfels does not apply to our
Section of the guadalupe river. Ban applies to the Guadalupe River within the
city limits of New Braunfels.

This is a newly constructed luxurious 4br/3bath, sleeps 14. Open kitchen/dining/living room with many amenities. Full kitchen with dishes, all appliances and cookware provided. Flat screen hd tv.
The home also has a washer and dryer.

Boating, water-skiing and sailing can be found 10 minutes away at
Canyon Lake. The drive up river road to the lake is notably one of the most
scenic areas in Texas. Watch for deer, turkeys and other wildlife along the way!

Perfect spot on the river

Beautiful home and the perfect spot on the river. We were able to just relax and hang out on the river by the house. House was clean, had everything we needed. Enjoyed this stay.

Our family loves to stay in the houses located in this area. This house is in the perfect location with plenty of room for a large family. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more.

Awesome spot

It was great. Really enjoyed the view from the back patio. House was good in size. Loved being right on the river and not that far of a walk. Can't beat it. Definitely will book again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location! Felt like home! Very clean and comfortable! Felt like home! Highly recommend! Great location with little swimming hole even when the river wasn’t flowing well! Will definitely stay again!! Hosts are amazing and very prompt in responses!

Check in was fine. And overall the stay was good. However there was an issue with a leaking fixture (the owner fixed it the next day) and there were ants encountered in some of the bedrooms. The owner indicated that they planned to call an exterminator, so im sure this has already been remedied.

Amazing Home

This property is an amazing place to stay if you want to float the Guadalupe. It's extremely clean. A lot of indoor and outside space. We had a 12 person group of new grads and parents. We had a great time and definitely plan to stay again.

Beautiful home, great location

We had a group come stay for a summer trip and the host, the location, the house, everything was just perfect! Slept 16 comfortably and just steps from the river! The tube rental right next door made it super convenient. The picnic tables and paved way right to the water made it so we never wanted to leave. The fact that the community is gated added that extra bit of privacy which was awesome. We will definitely be back and would reccomend this house to others. Couldn't have asked for a better trip!

Plenty of space and accommodations. Property wasn’t clean upon arrival. Floors were dirty and countertops were also.

Our Family Vacation

This is a very beautiful and comfortable home!! The river is just a short walk and perfect for hanging out . There is a tube rental right by the house and you can be dropped off and float right to the house. We loved everything about the house and there is so much to do in the area just a short drive from the house. Crystal was awesome and very easy to communicate with. Definitely would recommend this home to anyone that wants to have a great vacation!!

Big Space, walking distance to river, great time with family

Place was nice, has everything you would need. River is a very short walk with great location on river. Only thing was the car port space where you normally would have outdoor/kitchen was locked up and was being used for other purposes, so it discouraged me from Barbecuing more than I did, the kitchen upstairs is wonderful, but the stairs will catch up to you after a few trips, just to wash your hands. Heaven forbid you forget something, there will be some choice words going up those stairs again, LOL.

2023 Friends reunion river trip!

The house was absolutely perfect for our stay! My friends and I always need a big place for 13-15 people yearly! This house was located next door to the camp we used to stay in and tube. It was perfect location to tubing and entertainment on the water. It was fully stocked and had room for all. It had a private river entrance and gated subdivision. So we felt safe and comfortable. This home was as described in photos. The owners are very accommodating and there if you need anything. I hope to book this house again next year. We had a blast!

Great place on the Guadalupe

Everything in this community was great. Important to note that you are around other rentals that may or may not have rowdy renters. We had some loud neighbors but knew what we were getting into when we rented. It was Labor Day weekend so lots of partying 20-30 yo renters.

Mini Family Reunion

I had family come in from all over the United States for a little family reunion. It was last minute but turned out amazing! The house was beautiful, in a beautiful area with nice water access. Kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of linens and supplies. The little group of houses is a little wild with parties every night but it was a great getaway! Thank you!! I will be returning for sure.

Great house, VERY loud neighborhood

Clean and comfortable house with a great layout for a large group. It is very well stocked and close to the river. The only issue we had were the extremely loud street parties that went late into the night. If you’re a partier, then this is the place for you. If you have young ones, then it’s probably best to avoid booking for a weekend/holiday stay.

I fell in love with the Texas Hill Country and we began making an annual trip to NB. I would like to invite you and your family to our house for a memorable experience and a lifetime of memories!

Walking distance to the river! Tube rental outfitters just steps away that will take you up river and allow you to float back to the house or you can use the river entrance at the house and float down river and they will have a crew pick you up and bring back.
