Park City Condo Newly Remodeled With Pool/Hot Tub And Secure Garage Parking

Crest View was built in 2002 just prior to the Winter Olympics. Our condominium has one bedrooms and one large full bathroom. The property is close to everything Park City has to offer. Easily accessible from Salt Lake City airport only 30 minutes away! Just a short drive to historic Main Street, and only a short drive to The Canyons Resort (5 minutes), 10 minutes to Park City Mountain,12 minutes to Deer Valley Resort. All three ski resorts are on the free shuttle bus that stops within 5 minute walk of our building. Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton, Powder Mountain, Snow Basin, and Sundance are all less then one hour away.

After a day of skiing, you will look forward to coming back home to take a dip in the over-sized hot tub. There is also a fitness room. Once refreshed, there are many restaurants, outlet shopping and a large multiplex movie theater within three minutes of our condo. There is assigned parking in the heated garage, as well as extra covered parking right outside the entrance.

Our one-bedroom, one full bath condo is close to grocery stores (3 minutes)(Smith's, Walmart or Wild Oats). The unit is fully furnished with a complete kitchen, gas fireplace, and washer and dryer. The unit also features a private balcony with panoramic views of the mountains.

Great stay at a great location

The apt was perfect for me and my dad, so comfortable, clean, great size, we felt like home. It’s located in one of the best areas too, right behind the park city outlets. I will definitely recommend it and book it again. Thanks !!

Ski jumping trip

This condo has all the essentials you need during your stay. The kitchen is well stocked which makes it easy to prepare meals. The location is very convenient for running errands, most stores are within walking distance. The pool area and nearby trails offer excellent choices during your downtime.

Great Location

We loved the location. The apartment was great. Very comfortable bed and nice big bathroom. There isn’t AC but it was still bearable. I would stay here again.

Total Gem

Absolutely amazing place to stay. So close to all shopping needs. Our favorite place was the hot tub overlooking the ranch. Such amazing views and an unbelievable host who even took the time to mail back item items we had forgotten. Not to mention a parking garage that made loading and unloading the car a breeze. As a host myself, I highly recommend staying here, and will book again the next time we come to ski.

perfect for small family

It was in perfect location , walking distance or very short drive to main grocery stores, close to down town , 2 min walk to shopping mall , clean and beautiful area.Only missing blowdryer :(

We arrived at the condo it was not ready although the owner said by 2 it would be ready for our stay. The utensils were dirty the plates and dishes were as well. The owner made excuses about the maid cleaning being late and only by 4 pm it was ready. The homes had no hairdryer, no hand soap, no washing liquid. The lines was old and smelly. I would not recommend. We left early due to one member of the group that got sick.

Thank you for staying in our condo. I am sorry that when you arrived five hours early that the condo was not already cleaned. I am also sorry that in spite of the fact that we bought you brand new dishes, new silverware, new cups and a new cutting board, you were not pleased. I am also sorry that I agreed to refund your money because one of you got sick and left early. The condo was cleaned by 3:00 and I told you it would be ready between 2-3. The new dishes were purchased by 4:00. I offered to let him out of the contract and he refused. He demanded that I drop off a refund to him in cash. I would not rent to him again. EVER.
