~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ✦ Important Information ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ >>By attending the property, you agree to the terms of the Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent for signing at the time of booking. >>Guests must provide a copy of their ID (front and back) and a selfie photo for security and insurance purposes. >>For reservations made within 3 days of arrival, we require guests to provide a selfie while holding the credit card used for the booking as an added security measure. This helps us verify the validity of the reservation and protect against fraudulent transactions. >>A security deposit (bond) is required and will be authorised separately. Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction. >>No schoolies or toolies permitted.

Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access. >>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.) >>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond. >>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking >>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges. >>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

Pets must not cause danger, damage, nuisance, noise, health hazard or soil inside the house. Pets cannot be left alone in the house. If you arrive at the property with a pet without prior permission you will be asked to leave without any refund or reimbursement. All dog waste must be cleaned up from the backyard before departure. This is great find. It is quiet, clean, comfortable and pet friendly. We could talke our dogs down to end of the street to the park and nearby cafe. Bed super comfy and kitchen well appointed. The high ceilings make it seem spacious and light and airy. We loved it. As did our doogos

Great location, great place
A lovely little apartment in a great location. The enclosed courtyard makes it ideal for those travelling with small pets. The place was clean and well-appointed and the check-in process couldn't be smoother. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Brisbane.

Great location, lovely apartment and very comfortable bed, had everything that we needed to stay. The bottle of wine was a nice treat also we enjoyed the biscuits. Wonderfully cool in summer
The apartment is newly furnished and supplied with new linens, kitchenware and essentials. I stayed during December and the windows and fans were enough to be very comfortable even though this is a downstairs apartment. Comfortbaly accommodates two.

Classy home away from home
We have stayed here several times while we have had renovations done. Very convenient, very clean and comfortable. Well appointed as we did not want for anything. Also an excellent unit to keep a small dog as well.

Perfect for us
We really enjoyed our stay in Auchenflower apartments. The apartment is lovely, with anything you could possibly need. Washer, air con, large walk-in closet, lovely bathroom, lovely kitchen, lounge.
We had a large non-shedding dog with us and the small outdoor area was perfect for him to wander out in.
Cant think of any cons, would stay again, highly recommend. Thank you
