Stunning 4 bedroom private Pool home in Naples Gated Briarwood Community

Our beautiful spacious home is luxury air conditioned living for a more discerning guest. It is an open plan in design with a relaxing sitting area, a charming dining area, 4 generous sized bedrooms and a desk area overlooking the pool. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions and several entertaining cable channels. There is a king size bed in each of the two master bedrooms and a queen size bed in the 3rd
and 4th bedroom.
Sliding glass doors to the pool and lanai area make this a bright and beautiful place to entertain. There is a large patio seating area with lush landscaping ready for an intimate outdoor dinner party

The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with everything for a self catering relaxing vacation. A dishwasher is supplied so no arguing about clean up makes for a happy retreat!

The house had all of the necessities, and was clean. The pool was very nice. Property management was quick to respond to communication.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable 3 bedroom with an office that suits our needs. The property is well cared for. We enjoy our stays at the house and will go back. However, a few points about the property. The living room has a large l shaped couch....but no chairs and minimal lighting...a bit strange. The sliding doors opening onto the pool patio area are not shaded....glaring late afternoon light is intrusive. The sliders could use shades. The grill is on it’s last legs and needs to be replaced. Finally during our stay a circuit breaker tripped frequently, but we could not get it replaced or repaired.

Family summer holiday

Our family of four spent 4 weeks in August for a second year in a row in this house and we enjoyed every bit of it! Clean, well equipped and maintained, with very welcoming and responsive hosts. Had everything needed for a perfect summer getaway.

The beds are comfortable and all bedroom tv’s worked, ( somewhat unusual in our renting experience). The living room could use some lighting. The managers were very prompt when the aircondioning needed some help. We look forward to returning next year.

Family vacation

Very clean, well appointed and functional, extremely cozy - we had excellent time during our three and a half weeks stay in the house. It felt like home! We loved the pool and pool deck area - felt great to have brunch and dinner in some of the days at the patio. Kim and Nicole were easily approachable and reacted promptly to all our queries. Highly recommendable! Definitely would like to return.

Very pleasant stay

The layout of this house is great. The three bedrooms and associated baths created privacy. The "office" space with the sliding doors that opened on two sides linked inside and outside spaces in a really pleasant way. The neighborhood is beautiful and this time we discovered the pickleball courts, a really nice amenity.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Updated and well laid out. Beds are very comfortable. Den overlooks pool area which helped to make a working vacation much more relaxing. Had an issue with a/c but management sent someone right out. Kitchen is not as well appointed- there is limited cookware and knives were extremely dull. Vacuum did not work well and there was no dust pan for broom. Really very minor stuff though. This was our 3rd stay in Briarwood and our favorite house by far!

Nice house with very convenient layout in nice gated community

Stayed with family for 10 days for vacation/remote work. House is really well maintained and managed. The house layout around the pool is very convenient to watch over the kids from the kitchen, studio, or living room while they use the pool. I was able to work very comfortably as the studio has a good desk and there’s fast wifi (400 mbps) across the entire house. Tmobile 4 bars, no problem. I would be nice if the master bedroom had better blackout curtains and perhaps a keyboard and computer monitor for the studio (I’m asking too much).

Nice house, great pool

The property was clean and well equipped with beach gear. The pool was a nice size and the kids really enjoyed it, even if it was raining that day! Having a garage to park in and a garage door opener was a nice surprise! The kitchen was well equipped, but we wish it had a Keurig machine. Depending on the beach we were visiting, it was anywhere from a 10-25 minute drive. Naples beach was extremely crowded on the weekend, but not bad during the week. Our only complaint is that the master bedroom seemed to have its own dedicated HVAC unit that may have been stored in the locked closet in the master bedroom itself. It was quite disturbing at night when trying to sleep, the noise sounded like someone was opening our door to the bedroom everytime it would kick off. Also, there are no lights in the family room, so after dark the only lighting comes from the kitchen/dining room. Overall, it was still a nice house and we enjoyed our stay there.

Summer Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed the house. Everything was wonderful. It was a short drive to the beach yet away from the hustle and bustle of it all. The house had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a family of 5 or 6.

The stay was perfect

The house had everything we needed. The beds are comfy, the pool was awesome. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas which was greatly appreciated. Also our flight was canceled due to Elsa and we had to expand our stay for two extra nights which the owners charged us for one night only. The location is great. Lowdell beach is only 15 minutes away. Great beach! Highly recommend the house to everybody Thank you Kim and Nicole for your generosity Ewa Klauza

Home away from home

What a wonderful stay we had at this spotless, well appointed home! The proximity to Lowdermilk Beach was so convenient. Enjoyed our trips to Marco Island as well. So much to do in the area and even nicer to come home to the relaxing pool area! Excellent experience!

Annual Naples visit

CNE Vacation Rental management were the greatest. I am recommending CNE Vacation Rental to everyone I can. We enjoyed Tin City, Joey D's, Lowdermilk Beach, 5th Ave. and so much more. We enjoyed taking daily walks Through the beautiful Briarwood development. Thanks to everyone that made this a wonderful vacation.

very quiet and private property , loved the pool area and pool with plenty of room to spread out

Overall enjoyed our stay however a few things would have made it even better. The nights were chilly and there were no throw blankets, the kitchen could use a few more baking sheets/pans and the mattress in the master is not comfortable showing signs of age and wear with loss of the cushion top and lying in a dent.

Centrally located family home

We enjoyed a fantastic two month stay at this superb family home. Plenty of space to spread out for two teenagers and we were in the gorgeous pool every single day. All the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen and three full baths with plenty of towels (and pool towels!) We will miss lounging on the huge sectional sofa in the evenings, as well as the super-fast wifi - a must for teens! This home is centrally located in the quiet and friendly Briarwood neighborhood. You can enjoy a nice morning walk away from traffic or take a quick drive over to the Gulf beaches (I recommend Lowdermilk Park.) Malls, restaurants, and plenty of grocery stores are a short drive away. We loved our stay and can't wait to return!!

The house is situated on one of the nicest street of Briarwood Gated Community and is a short distance to the beaches and the 5th Avenue. The house was well maintained and cleaned and the pool area was great. CNE rental agency was also great do deal with. The only thing that could be ameliorated is the lighting at night in the den area and there are missing a few small appliances in the kitchen area for those who like to cook at home.
