The Zen Pool Villa Condominium features an original art collection from the Owner's travels around the world (Bali, Hawaii, Mexico, France, and more). Most of the furniture is California Vintage, except for beds and mattresses, which were purchased new.
Two large bedroom suites are smartly located at opposite ends of the living space, for privacy: each one offers a large King size bed.
A 65" Smart screen TV in bedroom 1. A 75” Smart TV in the living room. A 70” smart TV in bedroom 2.
The kitchen and bathrooms still have their original retro look.
One car garage: vehicle clearance of 7 ft in height and 8 ft 10" in width. No street parking allowed from 9pm to 8am.
The beautiful Ironwood Country Club, where the Zen Pool Villa is located, behind gates, with 24/7 security guards, offers a quiet and secluded upscale world of its own.
An incredible setting against the backdrop of the mountains, with amazing, manicured landscaping, and less than 5 mns up the hill from El Paseo.
No parties. Guests need to be registered with the Owner & Front gate: they are issued a pass for the duration of their visit. Our beautiful Community and the City of Palm Desert are strict about quiet in this area - neighbors live there full time. Thank you for your understanding :)
