The Ocean View Penthouse welcomes you to Tybee Island's South Beach & Pier!
FRESHLY UPDATED with ALL new furniture & fixtures!

Our spacious & bright 3500 square feet condo encompasses the entire top floor of this Tybee Island South Beach condo and is steps to the beach!
Walk out the door to Tybee's Famous Pier & Pavilion, restaurants, art galleries, shopping and the Tybee Island Marine Science Center.

We open the middle, adjoining door between units 301 and 302 to combine the entire 3rd floor Penthouse. 17th Place Condo has an elevator and staircase for access to our 3rd floor.

The Penthouse features 6 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, 2 with queen beds and the other 2 room have 2 twin beds each. We can accommodate a total of 12 people. Your Oceanview Penthouse has two master bedroom suites. Each master bedroom has a private balcony, en-suite bathroom & smart TV. Balconies have seating for relaxing away from the group.
Total of 4 bathrooms: 2 with walk-in showers, 2 with large tub/shower combinations.
Both units have stackable washer/dryers for your use.

Two living/dining areas with smart TVs for everyone to watch their favorite shows. Two fully equipped kitchens provide space for your family chefs to prepare memorable meals.

NOTES
*Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old.

*Maximum occupancy is 12 people at all times, including infants & children.

NOISE:
This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, music, public drunkenness, or parties of any sort. This is a family oriented building with year-round tenants. Violators may be evicted and/or fined.
The City of Tybee Noise Ordinance requires strict observance of QUIET TIME between 10 pm and 7 am. Tybee Island Police and the neighborhood strictly enforces this. The individual violators (not the property owner) can be fined by the City.

**NO EVENTS/PARTIES. NO BACHELORETTE/BACHELOR GROUPS ALLOWED!

PARKING:
parking is on the ground level under the building. There are 4 total spaces included and a maximum of 4 cars allowed. Please contact the City of Tybee Island for parking passes/meter costs, etc. We do NOT allow trailers, RVs. Oversized vehicles will not fit in our space.

*No pets or smoking allowed.

*Once reserved, you will receive emails (Including your Check in Letter) from Luxury Living Savannah. Please check your spam/junk folders.

TVs:
We have all NEW TVs that can stream all the new apps. We do NOT have cable, so please bring your login info for your favorite apps.

Great mini vacation

This was a great unit for our large family.It was close to the beach and pier, close to shopping and dinnng. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to large families . Thanks for sharing your home.

Race weekend

Our running group had a great stay at this place for the Tybee Runfest. It was so close to the start line, great view, and clean Only minor problem- couldn’t get some doors to close on the inside and outside of place

Great space for a small leadership retreat

6 bedrooms, 6 employees. When you are retreating for work purposes, you don't really always want to share a room with colleagues. This was the perfect space at a fair price.

Gorgeous Balcony View

Great location - so relaxing being able to sip your coffee on the balcony watching the sun come up, and hearing the surf - we had six women staying in both units, it was great having the two connected. Lots of space and close to resturants and steps to the beach; can run back for lunch or a drink. This was on office trip and just what we all needed!!

This trip allowed 4 sisters, living in different states, to come together and visit for the weekend. I can’t say enough positive things about this rental! It was in a great location, so very comfortable, and beautifully decorated! Thank you so much for a positive experience!

Nice condo

The condo worked great for my group. Finding the entrance was a little challenging at first even with the extra detailed instructions. The street is more like an alley which can throw you off. The inside was wonderful and so close to the beach.

Nice location with limits

Overall, the stay was good. However, we had our elders who are 70’s and 81. They have low iron and were cold. The thermostat was regulated to not heat above 71 which was far too cool for them. They were miserable until we resorted to turning the ovens on and leaving on to heat the common areas. Similarly, the hot water didn’t support having a full family needing to shower back to back.

Worst customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was good and spacious. But customer service was pathetic and they cheated me. From the beginning they were rude. They had one glass dinning table and it started cracking inside for some reason. We have not done any damage. It may be because of heat or aging. They forced me to pay full price for the old dinning table and labor cost. Hopeless and beware of charges

OCEANVIEW PENTHOUSE IS A WONDERFUL RENTAL PROPERTY AND GAVE OUR FAMILY OF 9 PLENTY OF ROOM TO SPREAD OUT AND ENJOY BEING TOGETHER BUT WITH PLENTY OF ROOM FOR PRIVACY ALSO. Absolutely Must Stay!!

After trying to find it which can be confusing and frustrating everything was great. The location is walking distance to everything, the view of the ocean breathtaking and the stay was extremely over the top worth it. My friends and family and I are already planning to come back next year.

Great getaway

Overall, we had a great stay. There were a few issues with one shower not working at all, and neither bathtub plugged so that the kids could take a bath. Aside from that, the apartment was very spacious and our group was very comfortable. We had 10 people in our group, so having 2 kitchens, living spaces, and dining areas was great! Having 4 available bathrooms was also very convenient! The property is across the street from the 18th Street pier and included beach chairs, toys, and a wagon to transport to and from the water. The balconies were wonderful for having coffee in the morning and sitting out in the evening. We really had a great time during our stay at Tybee Island.

Always a good week at Tybee

Successful Family Vacation

There were 10 of us and ages ranged from 12 to 67. We all had a wonderful time!! The property was beautiful, the beach was perfect, and the property manager was so very easy to work with!

Great vacation trip the view not quite as promised

Overall we had a great vacation trip, and this condo was very nice, in spite of the lack of updates lol it is still of very good quality and spacious. Floorplan is a little awkward but not bad. Bedrooms and bathrooms small, but again all quite nice. The view is a bit exaggerated, your view is to the right side, so yes you can sort of see the ocean from the distance. But not as great of a view as we hoped or certainly not what you see in the pictures online. Property again is very nice but one of the bedroom ceiling fans does not work, air-conditioning is limited to 72°, but overall again a very nice trip, a very nice home, it is a very short walk to the beach, and love that it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars etc.

Great place for a group

This was a perfect property for our group to stay while in Tybee. We had all the amenities required. The check in/check out process was super easy as well! There was a water main issue that was communicated well at the beginning of the stay and was promptly fixed.

Girl’s Trip

We were so impressed with this rental. It was very clean, very spacious, and the perfect layout for a large group. It is located within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops. We will definitely be renting this VRBO again. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

We went to Tybee for a Christmas get together with our adult children(4) and grandchildren (4). There was enough space for everyone and the beds were comfortable except for the master bed in 301 which had a plastic mattress cover and made a horrible noise with every move you made. Everything was pretty clean except the floors. Our babies feet were filthy the entire time and the sand and grit was yucky. Also, I think it’s a little deceptive to call this condo “luxury” and there are no ocean views. We enjoyed being together as a family but will not be back to this condo.

Patience is a VIRTUE.

Communication with property manager was fine but we had a difficult time looking for the house. I know we rode around the area for more than 15 minutes and we passed by it numerous times. I feel like since check in time is after 4 pm there should’ve been someone there to greet us especially if we were traveling for a long distance and seemed worried that we couldn’t find the place; when we called the prpty mgr to get clarification of the location he was very short tempered and before he hung up the phone on me, he stated “we will find it when we find it”….. grant it, it was after 11pm when I called him but his customer service could have been better. Other than that my family and I was satisfied.
