Mobile home located in Swann Keys, quiet family community. Dock your jet skis, kayaks, water sports out back. Spacious screened-in side porch. Outside security cameras. 2 bedrooms (queen bed in master, bunk beds in 2nd bedroom). 2 full baths, living room with full size pull out sofa, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Linens and towels available. You must wash, dry and re-stock the linens/towels before leaving or you may bring your own.

Beautiful community pool with children's water play area and playground. Tennis/pickleball courts. Beach, restaurants, attractions and shopping minutes away.

Great place to stay

The property was perfect and even nicer than the pictures. The owner was responsive and very nice. The pool was great and very child friendly. Close to stores and restaurants and less than 10 minutes from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

The property was great very nice allot of room. The screened porch was great for my kids. It was close enough to everything my kids loved going to the beach and all the parks.

It's an amazing place for family. It had more than i thought. Location is perfect.

Our stay was a memorable one and we love it. House was super clean, nice neighborhood. Perfect 👌 place for family. Peggy, the manager was very nice to us. We will book again next summer.

Loved it!

Close to OC, but away from the hustle and bustle. Super clean and comfortable, with all the necessities. Children had a great time. Can't wait to go back!

Spotless, well apportioned and exactly as described. Seious attention to detail. Cool neighborhood 12-15 min to Fenwick State park. Pool was great. Thanks for the welcome vino!

Outstanding

The place was absolutely stunning and so comfortable . It felt like we were right at home. The closed in porch was the highlight of the whole place. The only thing that I'd would say that need to change would be there need to be a better TV with better TV reception there was no TV for my son to watch. But overall i give this place a 10+++. Definitely will ho back again

Great for a family beach vacation!

This was the perfect size for our family of 4 for our beach vacation. It was very clean and was nice to have a washer and dryer in the house. Was close to the beach and if you park on the MD side, you don’t need to pay for parking. For our family personally, I would bring our own blankets. We did use the linens provided but it was a little tough trying to do laundry before leaving. But everything is labeled where it belongs. The shower heads were not the best for washing long hair. It was hard to get sand out of my daughters hair while taking a shower. But the community pool their was amazing! It was warm and very clean. There is bathrooms there to use and all the staff was very nice. After the beach, our kids loved swimming in this pool. We also really enjoyed the porch where we sat and eat our breakfast and dinner. Overall we would definitely stay here again because it was a great size, great location, affordable and we really liked the pool. The host was responsive and helpful when contacting with questions. We would recommend staying here with your family.

Amazing house, with an amazing host. There where some ants though, they were treating for them however there was still alot. Had an issue with the oven, it was resloved almost immediately and with the upmost respect for our time on vaction.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! The house was perfect for our family of three. It was clean, well-maintained, and had comfortable beds, great water pressure in the showers, and an awesome porch where we loved spending time.The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming, and the pool was a huge hit for our family. The location was also great for exploring the area, we enjoyed visiting both Bethany Beach and Ocean City during our trip.The host provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We made some great memories here and look forward to returning in the future!

Quiet neighborhood

I brought my kids here for a peaceful week before school starting for them. The home was just as advertised. Only problem was the ac unit was very loud and started making louder clanking noises as it turned on. Also stopped cooling a day before we left. The owner responded quickly to my question about how to fix it. I ended up turning it off for a bit then turning it back on. It eventually kicked back into cool mode after struggling and making the loud clanking noises. TV was a little tiny for us too. ,( 20 inch?..maybe) But if you dont want to watch tv..you can go to the community pool. Onwers are nice. And left bottle of wine when we arrived. Nice touch. I would stay again if ac is working properly and quietly.

AMAZING

As soon as we walked into the vacation home we lit up with smiles, it was clean decorated nicely and homely. My daughter especially loved her bunk bed bedroom. Loved the location of the house and all of the things the home came with. Attention to detail with labeling where things are around the house, dish soap, trash bags, laundry soap, and fabric softener everything was right there when we needed it! Pool access was amazing and the park was convenient keeping our daughter busy on gloomy days. Not to mention the lovely note and wine from the hosts. For that our stay was a 10/10. We will be back!

Fantastic house and location

This was our second year and again this house was absolutely great. Extremely clean and with all of the necessary amenities / accessories needed. Fantastic pool and overall location and the owners are phenomenal to deal with.

Great place

This rental was so clean & set up nicely. We even received a complementary bottle of wine! That was extremely nice. the people in the area were nice & the pool was great. my family had a great time and it’s not a far drive from the beach at all. highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location in Fenwick and easy to get to other locations. We had excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful & Relaxing Vacation Spot

This was our families first vacation as a party of 5. The home is located in a nice, quite neighborhood. Minutes to the beach and a short walk to pool area making it perfect for us since we have 3 small kids. Wonderful stay, we will be back again.
