The bathrooms are large and lend the feeling of being in as spa - relax in the large soaking tub, feel the rain in the walk-in shower, and let the turtle floor tile massage your feet in the guest bath shower. You will enjoy being perfectly lazy and dreamy while relaxing in your condo or choose to be invigorated by the myriad of activities you can do all over the Garden Island. Great vacation spot

We loved our time in Poipu. I only gave it a four star review because our cable did not work for two nights, and even after calling and emailing the front desk, we never received a response. But overall. It was good, and we would recommend it to friends.

Beautiful views

This condo has the best views from the lanai. Beautiful sunrises. There is no air conditioning but it's NOT needed. There's always a wonderful breeze and ceiling fans in every room. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

The place was perfect. Great location and the view was lovely. The beds were comfortable, along with the front room furniture. We had a problem with the WiFi, but help arrived only 10-15 minutes after we called and handled efficiently. It was great to come back after different excursions and beach time. We did laugh at the inferior paper towels; not perforated and did not tear easily. We actually left the scissors out. So, there ya go, not even complaining because we would go back in a minute and highly recommend 532. Thank you.

AMAZING

We absolutely loved this place! So convenient for walking the beach area. The view could not be beaten. Everything you need is there. Full kitchen and washer/dryer so you can make whatever meals you wish and you don't have to pack so many things because you can launder them there. The places to see and restaurants/shopping areas are all a short drive away. I would absolutely go back again...the sooner the better!

epic views of Shipwreck Beach

We loved staying in this condo. The ocean breezes were dreamy and we loved the large patio/Lanai area where we could enjoy breakfast and dinner with the beautiful ocean views. The location will be hard to beat. We feel like the condo was the best in the complex on location! It really is as perfect as the photos depict it. We had a great time staying there for 12 nights! I liked the guest book details and ideas of things to do. We enjoyed the coast line hike with our kids. The only downside of location is that when large events /parties happen at the Grand Sheraton (which is immediately next door to the property) the lights and the noise will keep you awake until 11pm-Midnight. Memorial Day had a huge party with loud music and flashing strobe lights. We ate most of our meals in the condo to save money. The kitchen could use a few more grilling accessories (large pan) and also needed some other essentials- things like salt and pepper, coffee filters and foil seem basic to provide in any home. They also only left 1 extra roll of toilet paper- so 3 rolls in total for 5 people for 12 nights. It's skimpy. Might be fine for a long weekend or a 7 night booking; but for 12 days it would have been good to have an extra roll in each bathroom. We also had to buy more trash bags- they need to scale how many they provide based on how many nights people stay- they gave us 5 for 12 nights (simply unfeasible). Our feedback is that to leave a better impression on guests- supplying these items would go a long way. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated you sharing your home with us. Kauai is our favorite place on earth, so we will certainly return. Mahalo.

Best condo in Kauai

This was our second stay at this condo, and probably our twelfth stay at the Poipu Sands condo complex. Our condo is on the third floor of the building closest to the Hyatt and its beach, and overlooks the beautiful Hyatt property, the beach and the cliffs beyond. The view is spectacular -- you never grow tired of gazing at is, especially at sunrise and sunset. The condo itself is very modern and is maintained in very clean and working order. Special attention was made this time to ensure "Covid cleanliness." The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, and you have everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay. We almost didn't need to leave the condo for food after we did our ritualistic stop at Costco and Safeway. There is wonderful hiking along the cliffs adjacent to the Hyatt property and golf course -- you can hike as far as the eye can see, most of it along the bluffs and coastline -- spectacular views. There are other beaches nearby, and good snorkeling just a 5-minute drive away. This is the ideal Hawaii vacation spot and the ideal Hawaii condo. We will definitely return again.... and again, and again! Mahalo and Aloha!

Wonderful property

Amazing balcony view. Easy access to beach. We were there during a hotter summer so lack of AC was a bit inconvenient, but I’d stay here again in a minute.

Alarm going off when we checked in

There was a water alarm going off when we checked in. The neighbors were getting annoyed and we had no idea how to fix. The management company sent someone who fixed water leak. The stove was not working as well and he fixed. We should have been compensated for the inconvenience. That is the only downside. Location and quality of the place is top notch

Beautiful view!!

Had a wonderful week at this property. You can't beat the views of the ocean and Shipwreck beach. The property is nicely furnished and very clean. Had a small hiccup with the check-in process. We were provided the wrong code for the key lock box, but we called the emergency number that was posted and got the correct code. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the lack of A/C. There is a nice breeze off the ocean, but when it is 90 degrees and humid, it doesn't really keep the space cool. You have to keep all the windows open which isn't always great for sleeping with the incoming light and noise. That being said, this would not keep us from staying here a second time.

Great property with the best view and lanai in the entire Poipu Sands complex!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a very spacious and well-appointed condo with everything you need and boasts a large lanai with the best view of all the condos in the complex. The view looks directly onto Shipwreck's Beach, the Grand Hyatt property (which is one of the nicest resorts on the island) and, of course, the ocean. Hawaii get-away sites don't get any better; we've stayed at this complex several times, and this condo was, overall, the best one we've stayed in. We will definitely return!

April 2018 Stay

A perfect place in a perfect location. Wonderfully decorated (the photos don't lie). Great view from the large lanai where we watched the Hawaiian sunrises every morning. The walking path in front takes you to the Grand Hyatt next door and Shipwreck Beach. Close to all the activities around Poipu and Koloa. We highly recommend staying here!

This summer was our 20th stay with Suite Paradise in 29 years of marriage. This year, when we stopped by the office to pick up our keys, Malia greeted us with a very warm, "welcome home" and presented us with a box of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. This was a GREAT way to start our vacation! The cookies were so good that we ordered a dozen more and picked them up on our way to the airport for our flight back to the mainland.
