The place was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was some noise from the upstairs unit at night. A gentle reminder to upstairs guests about noise levels could help improve the experience.

Clean, comfortable & relaxing vacation stay

As advertised property. We really enjoyed the use of the beach towels, chairs & umbrella provided by the owner. We also took advantage access to the Poipu Beach Club that includes a full gym, private pool, etc. We also used the multiple pools & whirlpools located on the grounds near the unit. Our rental went smoothly in picking up keys after hours and it was a very easy check-in/checkout process. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would return in a moments notice. The keyless entry system was very easy to use and we felt secure & safe throughout the stay. Was also nice to not worrying about dealing with keys if you were out for a quick walk or dip in the pool. The unit provides for plenty of space, was clean and well furnished. It felt like being at home away from home. Only item to note is this is a bottom unit so we did get noise from 2nd floor unit and it is a unit close to a major road intersection, so there is road noise. Did not bother us as we are all good sleepers but the road noise could be an issue for the very light sleeper.

Great For Business

I myself did not stay at this property, but my employees I booked this for were blown away. The check in process for my employees couldn't have been any easier, they appreciated that just getting off work and wanting to relax. I was called personally after they entered the rental just to describe how beautiful the place was. They mentioned how clean the unit was and they had everything they needed for their stay. They also mentioned the beds were very comfortable, even the sleeper sofa, which one of them ended up using. They had a great time being able to relax after work, though they didn't use all the amenities/activities that were offered, they had a wonderful time. I would recommend this place for business as well as for family vacations. This was such a great find for my guys.

We had a terrific experience with the lodgings. The location was perfect for all our vacation activities and the Central Air was a blessing!

Wonderful Time!

The property was very reasonably priced with great access to the beach. Our kids especially loved the access to the pool at the athletic club!

Poipu Regency 910

Wonderful experience overall staying in this property!! The check-in process was quick. The only problems we had upon check-in were that someone was parked in our parking spot, and then our lock wouldn’t respond to the code we were given so we had to wait outside the unit with our luggage for about 5 minutes. The management was quick to respond and take care of both problems. The unit was very spacious including the bedrooms. The kitchen had an open concept including a large counter with stools and a separate table with chairs in the dining area. We had everything we needed, including beach chairs, towels, blanket and umbrella. There were no beach toys for kids to use provided so we bought two shovels and pails to use and then left them with the beach supplies for future families who stay there. Some movies and CDs were provided, and there were TVs in multiple rooms with cable. Having air-conditioning was so nice especially on humid days. The washer and dryer made it easy to clean bathing suits and towels right away and leave vacation with all clean clothes. There were two separate lanais-one had lounge chairs and the other a table with chairs. There was also an outdoor faucet to rinse off sandy items or shoes before entering the unit. Location was less than a 10 minute walk through the beautiful grounds to Poipu Beach (which is great for kids and has a playground) and a few other beaches. Having privileges to use the athletic club a few blocks away was great too. The only negative during our stay was that we could occasionally hear someone running around upstairs (no voices, just thumps) or hear their toilet flushing through the pipes in our bathroom. It was minimal since we were gone a lot, as were they, so it was ok. Other than that it was very quiet with minimal street noise even though it is a unit close to a street corner. Overall we were very pleased with the unit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Just as pictured!

Had a fantastic family vacation. This unit was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised to find some beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for use. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils necessary. Great condo walking distance to the beach and other dining and shopping areas!

February 2017 Stay

The accommodation were outstanding, the unreserved parking spaces were a bit of an issue, but we could always find one. The gas grill may need attention, it did not get as hot as I wanted. Some additional seasonings would be nice - garlic salt and steak seasonings would be nice. All in all we enjoyed our stay
