Enjoy Panoramic Ocean Views from your private lanais.  Sunset views 365 days a year. Your only decision, whether to use the upstairs lanai with chaise lounge and cosy sitting area perfect for morning coffee or wine and cheese at sunset, or the downstairs lanai with outdoor seating for 6 (plus extra chairs if needed) while grilling dinner on your private grill.
Amenities galore in this 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath luxury air conditioned condo equip with everything to make your Hawaiian vacation amazing.  Fully stocked kitchen, all the beach and pool equipment, games and movies.  TV’s in each room with HD cable and free Wifi. We allow a maximum of 6 overnight guests. With more than 4 guests, a $15 fee per additional guest is charged per day. 
REFUND POLICY: The initial reservation deposit is nonrefundable; however if cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date, the full initial reservation deposit may be applied to a new set of reservation dates in the same condo beginning anytime up to one year from the original check-in date (subject to availability).   Full payment of the rental balance due is required 30 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellation made within 30 days of the check-in date results in loss of all payments.
Garage is available for personal item storage only.  Beach chairs, matts, coolers, umbrellas, beach towels all for you to use.
Na Hale O Keauhou Resort is a gated community and features large pool area with hot tub and air conditioned exercise room.
Walking distance to snorkeling beach, shopping, grocery store, restaurants and movie theatre. For golf enthusiasts, recently reopened Kona Country Club is less than a five minute drive.   
Longer stays (more than 21 days) may be eligible for reduced rate. 
Please review the Unit Policies regarding strict prohibition on smoking and business use of the condo. Re-selling or sub-leasing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction of occupant(s) and forfeiture of all reservation costs, fees, taxes and security deposit. Great townhome for our family.

We stayed here for a week with our family, including our 10 and 11 year old children. I highly recommend this place for families. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook meals at home and garage was well stocked with beach accessories. The place is very spacious and clean. We loved the ocean view from the lanai.

we loved staying here! the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, utensils, etc - everything we needed for making meals. beds were comfortable. more than enough room for the 3 adults and 3 kids in our group. the community pool was clean and inviting, great beaches minutes away (our kids esp loved magic sands). lots of pool and beach toys. would def stay here again.

Beautiful Views, Beautiful Condo

It was a pleasure staying at this condo. The sunset views were amazing! It had everything that we needed and more. It was really nice having our own barbecue grill whenever we wanted to use it. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome condo!

This is an awesome condo! Super well equipped: beach chairs, bags, coolers, and beach towels. The owner is great to work with. This was our second stay in this unit and we will definitely stay here again. It has a nice ocean view from the patio … great for watching the sunset. Grill on the patio. Lots of spices in the kitchen. 10/10!

Great place with beautiful views

This property had everything we needed for our stay—beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, beach bags, snorkel gear, coolers, etc. The pool was also a great place to unwind in the evening. Condo is in a great location, close to the center of Kona. Gorgeous views of the ocean from the lanai and balcony made for the most beautiful sunsets. Well stocked kitchen also made meal prep easy.

Family wedding week

Amazing island w rugged terrain. Drove too much but visited Volcano National Park, Onizuka Center at night, swam w manta rays, snorkeled, learned some cultural stuff. Spectacular sunsets from the lanai at this condo. Excellent condo, adequate gym, well set up for cooking, super comfortable.

Great condo

Nice, comfortable, spacious unit. Beautiful ocean view. Well equipped with everything you need from kitchenware to snorkels. Leslie was accessible and helpful. Only thing i would change is to allow the beds in the third bedroom to be put together so to make one bigger to suit an adult.

Family vacation 2023

Our family of 5 came and stayed in Hawaii for ten days at the beginning of summer break. The condo was awesome. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including a well stocked garage with beach chairs and some snorkeling equipment. The location was fantastic, we were close to a grocery store and were also able to walk to Kahalu’u beach for some snorkeling! We would watch the sunset each night from the lanai, and we were even able to catch the 4th of July fireworks from the comfort of the condo! This was the perfect home away from home!

Beautiful condo. Very clean with all necessities for the Beach provided in the garage. One of the best and cleanest and roomiest condos that we’ve stayed in Hawaii. A must stay!

We so enjoyed our stay at this condo, and plan to visit again. It’s very family friendly, has many amenities (check around before heading to the store as guests leave extras behind- like sunscreen and various toiletries), and is a great location. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice, and the sunsets are gorgeous. The community is quiet- something we really value during our vacations in the evenings with you children around. Pam, the host, is wonderful. We had travel interruptions that delayed our flight home, and she did as much as she could to accommodate our additional travel needs.

Amazing condo and amazing owners!!!

First off, the home is BEAUTIFUL! The owners are amazing and kind and promptly responded to all of my questions. The cleaners did a wonderful job and they even left a cute little welcome basket of Hawaiian treats for us! The condo is equipped with literally everything you might need on a Hawaiian vacation, it is central to Ali'i street which is the main strip in Kailua-Kona. This will be our permanent vacation stay choice for Kona. The pool on the grounds is amazing and perfect temperature, they have a hot tub for adults and a warmer tub for kids under 12. The grounds are beautifully kept, lots of geckos which we LOVED! The condo has a balcony that both bigger rooms upstairs can access, and a patio downstairs with a large outdoor table and a grill. Also, BEAUTIFUL views!! We cannot recommend this condo enough, 1000/10.

Lovely place to stay

This was our third time coming to Pam and Phil's lovely condo. They have thought of everything and have equipped the condo with anything you might want. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and just gorgeous views from both lanais. You can stay close to the condo, enjoying the pool and hot tub, or walk to the beach, or walk just a tiny bit further to the beach which has excellent snorkeling. There's also a shopping center close by with everything you need including a grocery store and several restaurants as well as a movie theater. We also enjoy heading into Kailua for the breweries, restaurants, and shops. Or you can venture out and explore the Island, there are lots of recommendations of things to do at the condo and if you haven't gone to see a volcano, you should! I recommend this condo as a wonderful base to explore the Big Island, or as a place to just go and relax in the lovely Hawaiian breezes.

Great location, great a/c, comfy furnishings, no bugs!

We had a magical trip on the Kailua Kona coast. This is our third trip to the Big Island, and it was by far the best. The home was immaculate, with not a single insect in sight – a first for us! It was clean, smelled great, and the AC worked perfectly. There were fans everywhere to keep us comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every night and loved falling asleep to the sound of waves when traffic wasn’t running along Ali’i Drive. The nearby Keauhou Shopping Center was convenient with multiple restaurants and a grocery store. For a unique experience, try the kava lounge in Captain Cook, but don’t spend your whole trip driving around this large island. Make sure to check out Kona Magic Chocolate on Saturday or Sunday near the Punalu’u Bake Shop, which is also worth a visit! This trip was truly unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return.

Beautiful townhome and sublime view

This was by far the best appointed vacation rental we have booked. From The kitchen to the patio to the amazing amount of beach and pool gear in the garage, we lacked for nothing. It was the perfect home base for our daughter’s destination wedding. Centrally located and especially close to a great snorkeling beach. And Kona is a short 10 minute drive. Away to shopping and restaurants. Don’t miss Gertrude’s jazz club! Pool is also lovely and I miss that amazing view! Book this place now!!

Great for family

We had a wonderful time here! Our kids enjoyed lots of time in the pool and we all appreciated the beach equipment- beach bags, chairs, coolers, umbrella, boogie boards, toys and snorkeling gear. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking and eating dinner on the lanai while watching the sunset each evening made it extra special. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect in every way!!

My family loved every second of our stay in Na Hale O Keahou- M4. The townhome was roomy, comfortable, and had the best location! It was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for- beach chairs, beach umbrellas, swim noodles, boogie boards, beach towels and coolers. We were also pleasantly surprised to find other items such as first aide, shampoo, conditioner, aloe gel, etc. The bathrooms were very nice and clean and the beds were super comfortable! The view was SPECTACULAR. The townhome is even closer to the ocean than the listing’s photos show. There are GREAT views from both upper and lower lanai! Great indoor and outdoor seating options, too! The pool was very nice as well although we honestly spent more time in the turquoise waters at the many nearby beaches! Having the Keahou shopping center right up the street with restaurants and a grocery store and more was very convenient! We would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone!! 😁

Beautiful place

This was a beautiful condo and we enjoyed staying there very much. It was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and big fluffy towels in the bathrooms. Beach chairs were a great amenity and the beach towels also. We enjoyed havi g breakfast on the lanai and in the evening, the sunset was spectacular

An Amazing Gem in Kona

M-4 is the perfect place to stay in Kona. This condo is located in a very quiet, gated community. It has a wonderful view of the ocean, from both the lower and upper lanais. It is spotlessly clean, and comes equipped with everything imaginable for a great vacation, including beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. The kitchen is also very well stocked with everything you need to prepare great meals. The beds were very comfortable, with excellent sheets and pillows. Communication with Pam is excellent. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. We have stayed at many condos in the Keauhou area of Kona, and Pam's place is the very best! We will certainly try to stay here again when we visit the Big Island.

Amazing vacation!!

Pam’s home in Kona was the perfect place for our family of 5! The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and there was plenty of seating. Our kids (3, 5, and 7 yrs old) loved the pool and we went swimming every day. The complex has a shallow, heated section for younger kids too! We loved that the unit had its own grill, as opposed to communal grills found at other complexes. There’s plenty of spare linen and towels, plus a pack-and-play and high chair for little ones (we didn’t need these, but awesome for families with younger kids). The beds are all very comfortable, and the king in the master bedroom is the only bed my husband has enjoyed in our travels- he has a bad back and never woke up sore during our stay. The view of the ocean from the lanai is the perfect place to have coffee in the morning or watch the sunset. There is beach access within walking distance from the unit that my kids enjoyed walking on (not the softest sand, but has some cool tide pools!). I can’t say enough good things about this home and we will definitely stay there again! Thank you Pam!!

Family holiday

Pam’s townhouse is absolutely perfect. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. We sat on the patio table for our meals, looking at the ocean, sunrises and sunsets. All beach stuff including towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkels and boogie boards were readily available. The unit is large, quiet and very clean. Perfect for (3) couples. Thanks Pam for sharing your home with us. This is one of the best rental throughout our travels. Grace

Wonderful home away from home

M4 is the perfect vacation home! Great quiet gated safe location with magnificent views. Close to many shops and restaurants.Amenities galore, loved the high end furnishings and appliances. Definitely staying in M4 again!

Great place to stay.

Very clean with some many comforts of home. Great location, the sunset view is amazing. We used the pool a lot and it was a perfect temperature. The owners were very quick and helpful to answer any questions. Highly recommend!
