Brian, Thanks for your kind comment and we apologize for the misunderstanding on the arrival amenities. Outer Banks Blue is the only company on the Outer Banks that provides Beds made, and towels in place upon arrival with toilet paper on each bathroom roll, kitchen towels, dish rag, and dish detergent. We do not replenish the original supplies however and apologize that you thought we would have these items supplied throuhout your stay. Please come back and stay with us soon!

Hi Joseph, I'm sorry you're unhappy with your experience because of what you received, even if it was what was promised. When you booked the property you knew this. It was clear. It's not fair that you got what you paid for and agreed to and then damage the reputation of this property with a negative review because you think you should have gotten more than what was agreed upon. Not only does this property not go for $1,000/night, ever, but it's not a fair comparison to a hotel. You're talking about $1,000/night, but you paid $60.40 per room per night. I've never encountered a 5 star hotel remotely near that price. We only have 3 star hotels, at best, in this area and they're more than triple that price per night per room. I know you said , "in high season," but for 2021 the highest rate this property for the entire year was just under $4000 per week which is roughly $115 per room per night. That's cheaper than the 1 star hotels we have on the Outer Banks. In the context of reviews, Sea Scape is a 5 star vacation rental. What I mean is, it is advertised clearly what is provided, both in description and photos, and it supplies both very well. The owner of this property has done a great job of trying to keep this property looking like it should. It's not advertised, nor priced like it is the newest of the new or the best of the best, but it is wonderful and families love it. I'm sorry you were disappointed with what you received even if it was what was promised. We wish you the best in locating your next 5 star vacation rental.
