New Braunfels Gruene River Front Property

This private home is on 5 acres overlooking the Guadalupe River and is a short drive from Gruene, New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, and San Marcos.
There are four bedrooms: the master suite downstairs with a queen size bed and bathroom. There are three additional bedrooms upstairs, two with queen sized beds and one with twin beds and a futon. There is one full restroom upstairs. The family room has a sofa with a queen sized pull out bed for additional sleeping accommodations. This is a fully functioning home with the basic kitchen appliances and laundry facilities.
The are plenty of activities that are available at the property or nearby, such as hiking, fishing, tubing, kayaking, rafting, paddle boarding, and even arrowhead hunting. There is a small fire pit and fire wood available for s’more roasting on those chilly nights. There is plenty of wildlife on the property such as ducks, geese, cranes, deer, and foxes to name a few.
