Only minutes away from New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, Comal & Guadalupe rivers, Gruene, Austin and/or San Antonio, Texas. Gas grill on back patio available so bring your best grilling staples and enjoy dinner (and maybe a cocktail or two!) on the covered back porch.

Enjoy the sunsets at Lake Dunlap on the large covered back porch (w/table and plenty of seating) and a beautifully maintained St Augustine lawn. This 2800 square foot home comfortably hosts up to 10 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The yard and driveway can be secured by closing the front automatic gate.

The living area features ample seating for TV viewing or entertainment, stunning views, a pull out couch/sleeper, a 65" Smart HDTV w/ home entertainment surround sound. The kitchen and dining area are ideal for gatherings, these areas include modern appliances, all the cooking and dining essentials, ample cooking space, coffee maker, and other small kitchen appliances. The dining table seats 8 with the expansion leaf installed.

All bedrooms are upstairs which really adds to the privateness of each and every bedroom especially the master! The master bedroom has an elliptical exercise machine if you need a quick workout and do not want to go outside! MB also has a private deck with lakeview. The master bath (recently renovated) has jetted bathtub and walk-in shower with adjustable hand held main shower head and ceiling mounted rain head. Also includes his and her sinks and private toilet area. All the towels you will need are provided.

The back yard also has a built in washer pit and fire ring for late night fires down by the lake. Bring your lawn chairs for maximum enjoyment of the fire ring!

Day or night this property maximizes numerous types of enjoyment from water skiing, wakeboarding, wake surfing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, jet skiing, or just chillin and getting some rays in a tube with an ice cold beverage and the company of some good friends! With an easy vehicle portage up the the IH35 bridge you can easily kayak back to the house for a very relaxing mini-trip. Kayak trips take approximately 2-3 hrs while a lazy tube float may take 4-6 hours depending on river flow rate or River Road (Guadalupe River) and Comal River are not far for all kinds of full or partial day river trips.

If you like to experience the night life of New Braunfels or Gruene or surrounding cities, the area has a very diverse music and entertainment scene, numerous night time venues and a number of very fine restaurants and other eating establishments and shopping malls close by.

* You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. You will be required to agree to and sign a RELEASE, INDEMNITY, AND RENTAL AGREEMENT with the owners. Maximum occupancy AT ALL TIMES for this home is 10 guests unless previously approved by owner. We live close by and have staff available for added needs. Please come and have a great time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive to surrounding neighbors or damaging to the property will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay with no refunds.

There is a limit of 5 vehicles unless otherwise approved in advance.
