Pointe Santo has been welcoming guests since March 2025, however, please expect repair and recovery efforts to still be happening on the property during your stay. Currently a new office is being constructed between buildings B and C. The pickleball/tennis courts, pool and hot tub are open and elevators are working (but cannot be guaranteed).

This unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests between the spacious primary bedroom with a king size bed, guest room with twin beds and sleeper sofa in the living room. The owner provides flat screen TV’s in each room. From your 3rd floor screened lanai you can enjoy Gulf breezes and view over the tropical lagoon, heated pool, hot tub and pavilion. Enjoy a casual picnic using the gas BBQ grills around the lagoon, strike up a match on either of the 2 dedicated pickleball courts or the tennis court. Relax in one of the many lounge chairs either around the pool or at the beach.

Pointe Santo de Sanibel has 141 units situated in a U-Shape looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. All buildings provide elevators and wireless internet access throughout the complex.

Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.
