(just 20 min. from Waterville). The home has 3 bedrooms in addition to a bunk bed and a loft for guests. Enjoy miles of fun, sunshine and unbelievable fishing on the lake. Relax in the hammock or grill some steaks on the deck while watching the boats go by and the fish jump. There is a canoe, 2 kayaks and a paddle board on site or bring your own boat and tie up to the dock. If cabin fever starts to set in, within 20 minutes are plenty of great restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, breweries/ wineries and golf courses. This home is fully furnished with a washer and dryer, hair dryer, ironing board, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, linens, towels and basic kitchen necessities . No smoking allowed in the house. Small pets allowed with an additional pet charge. Occupancy greater than 8 guests will need to be approved and will have additional cost.
