Few meters from the house, below the giant cactus is the *dependance* with…the second sleeping room, plus a 2nd fully stocked rest room.

The dependence, (suitable for families or friends) is designed to give you the possibility to enjoy your vacation together while always allowing the option of privacy.

Guest access

You will access the property via car through an automatic gate with remote control. There is space for 2 cars.

You'll have the possibility to use the alarm system . Alarm for outside and inside areas.

*Please Note*
Because the home is made of 2 buildings, the main house and a dependance, guests will have a check in via safety boxes independently.

Guests have access to the entire space, garden area and parking.

Interaction with guests

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival , if needed a contact info of a local person during your stay is available.

Other things to note

****IMPORTANT: the villa is located in a rural area where many infrastructures are limited , we try our best to compensate with features rare in this area but we can’t offer a standard “urban comfort”. That s our challenge!
This is a place to disconnect from urban life , enter intimacy with the sea and enjoy what this entails .*****

-ID verification before check in is an italian law requirement for hotels and airbnbs,
please note that sharing the datas is mandatory, if datas are not transmitted to your host the booking is cancelled with no refund.
- Please do not throw toilet paper down the toilet as in this area plumbings are sensitive.
Use the proper hygienic bin provided.
Any clogging will be charged.(we can offer you a modern house but we can’t change the infrastructures of this rural area).
• Only according to availability it may be possible for us to offer early check in/late checkout .
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
• All guests must have traveler insurance on their own for the duration of their stay.
-Breaking the house rules or activities that will cause destruction of property will incur an instant removal without refund.
- extra cleaning fees charge if the house is not left in decent way.
- people not included in the booking are not allowed on the property.
- bring away the trash and perishables upon check out.
- we have self check in procedure , guests are responsible of reading the instructions upon arrival.
-guests will refer to the house manual during the stay.

Amenity limitations - wifi adsl sometime not working due to external telecom lines problems (common in Sicily outside urban areas)we provide an additional wifi as back up.
