The main bedroom offers access to a private balcony overlooking Parson Reserve Park and children's playground. There are two additional bedrooms and a central bathroom on the upper level. Downstairs, you'll find a spacious lounge with polished timber floors, a laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer, a separate toilet, a modern kitchen, and a dining area with access to a beautiful landscaped courtyard equipped with a BBQ and outdoor seating.

This accommodation also provides free unlimited WIFI along with secure parking. If you plan to stay for a month and over, you can enjoy a 15% discount on your booking.

For families with infants, there are complimentary amenities available, including a 3-in-1 travel cot, cot liners, baby bath tub, baby high chair, Baby blanket and baby pillow.

Perfect for a family holiday

We had a fabulous stay - the house and location were excellent. We loved the proximity to trams, trains, cafes and shops and the playground just in front was a hit with the kids. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Sharlene was a great host - super responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

Melbourne Family Visit

Great stay in Kensington/Flemington at a lovely place. Plenty to do and see with public transport close by. Kids enjoyed their time with family and were sad to go.

Fantastic spot

This lovely townhouse was clean and tidy, with everything you need and is a short walk to shops and restaurants. We found it very quiet on a no through street with a park across the road. I'd highy recommend this property.

Lovely, clean house in Great Location

The home was very clean, comfortable and well stocked for all of my family’s stay. It is also in a great location close to stores and the trains but feels private and quiet. The playground right outside was perfect for our son! Sharlene was a very attentive host and helped with all our needs.

Wonderful stay 💖

My sister, mum and I recently had a little family reunion here and it was absolutely perfect. All the utilities you need and so close to a sweet little park that was wonderful for my toddler. Great communication with the owner Sharlene and she was so helpful with accommodating to our bedding needs. Definitely recommend! Short walk to Woolies as well which was very helpful. Thank you for having us!

Excellent stay

The property was very clean and exactly as per the photos. Sharon was very easy to deal with, responded quickly to any queries . We had a family reunion for Xmas and the property was decorated with a Xmas tree and decorations and a lovely box of chocolates had been Left for us. So kind and thoughtful. The property is a very short walk (6 minutes ) to the train station and to Woolworths. Opposite a park. Great stay.

Friendly neighborhood and excellent community, it is surrounded by beautiful leafly tree line streets with well known local cafes, pubs, bars, 24hrs gym, parks, restaurants, supermarkets, clinic, library, Pavilion Melbourne etc. Short distance to Footscray Market, Melbourne Zoo, Hospitals, Universities, Lygon St Carlton, Costco, Dockland, Marvel Stadium, Direct Factory Outlets, Crown Casino and Freeway access to Melbourne Airport, Northern, Eastern suburbs like Balwyn, Box Hill, Doncaster Shopping Center, Springvale, Chadstone Shopping Center etc..
