With a surface of more than 140 m², a large terrace and a well-kept garden area, 'Baltic View“ offers the highest residential comfort. The holiday home is ideal for up to 4 people + a small child with two beautiful bathrooms and bordering bedrooms on two different levels. On the open gallery, you will find two more spaces to sleep if needed. Large window elements in the entire holiday home offer you a comfortable, light-flooded residential atmosphere. The modern and high-quality equipment offer everything for you to feel comfortable. For the colder seasons, a wood-burning fireplace will warm you up. A free WLAN connection makes it possible for you to stay up to date during your holiday or to plan your next excursion.
Ground floor:
The combined spacious kitchen and dining area offers everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal. The large window elements provide for a light and friendly atmosphere. The built-in kitchen is equipped with high-quality devices and enough dishes. A large dining table for up to 6 people offers enough space to eat, play and be together.
The access to the terrace in the dining area is practical - the terrace can be used for grilling. The grill needed for this is available in the house.
The bedroom bordering the dining area is equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm) and two closets. The two large windows in this room can be darkened with drapes. From the bedroom you can get into one of the two bathrooms found in the house. In the noble design, you will find a walk-in, level shower, a vanity, WC, towel heater and a hair dryer.
Upper floor:
On this floor you will find another very exclusive and cosy living area of the house, equipped with a large corner couch, a wood fireplace and TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player. From the walk-in and light-flooded Dormer, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Baltic Sea. Here a large leather chair invites you to relax and feel comfortable.
On this level you will also find the second bedroom, with a double bed (180x200 cm) and closet. Through a small hallway area, you can get to the second, very stylishly and completely equipped bathroom.
Gallery:
Through a wooden winding staircase, you can get from the 1st floor to the 2nd (gallery). Here, if needed, there is space for 2 more people to sleep. Through the open construction of the house, this area is sensitive to sounds. However, the beds created with the form of a boat provide a special area to sleep, particularly for bigger children.
Miscellaneous
The holiday home also has a basement with an entrance area. This part of the building offers enough space for your bicycles and also has a washing machine and laundry stand.
The Baltic View house is for non-smokers.
The price is for a booking with 2 people incl. bedsheets and towels. Each extra person plus € 10 per night. Bedsheets and towels can be rented additionally at any time. For a rental of up to 6 nights, a service fee is due, this is included if you stay 7 or more nights.
