Baltic View is a bright and spacious coastal home by the Baltic Sea, just a short walk from the beach and cliffs.
Large windows, open spaces and views across the greenery towards the sea create a calm atmosphere to arrive, slow down and breathe.
Light, modern architecture and a warm, personal interior make Baltic View feel much more like a true home by the sea than a traditional holiday house.
With around 140 sqm of living space, Baltic View offers plenty of room for relaxed days with family or friends. The open layout, peaceful surroundings and closeness to nature shape the atmosphere just as much as the carefully selected details throughout the house and garden.
On the ground floor, you will find the bright kitchen with dining area as well as one of the two bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for long breakfasts, shared dinners and relaxed evenings at home. From here, you can step directly onto the terrace and into the private garden.
The garden is an essential part of what makes Baltic View special: mature hedges, herbs, new plantings and quiet seating areas create a peaceful and private atmosphere. During summer, guests are welcome to use herbs or seasonal currants from the garden — and with a little luck, even the scent of the Baltic Sea drifts through the air.
Upstairs, the spacious living area opens up around the fireplace, large sofa and wide views across the surrounding gardens towards the sea. The bay window with its leather chair is a quiet place to read, relax or simply watch the changing light outside.
At night, the peaceful surroundings become especially noticeable: with the windows open, you may hear birds, migrating swans or, depending on the wind, even the distant sound of the sea. Fly screens allow fresh air to flow through the house comfortably during the warmer months.
The second bedroom is also located upstairs. A small spiral staircase leads to the open loft area with two custom-built boat-shaped beds, especially suited for children up to around 14 years old. The open design helps preserve the airy and spacious feeling throughout the house.
Baltic View is ideal for up to four adults or families with children looking to experience the Baltic Sea in a calm, relaxed and private atmosphere.
High-speed Wi-Fi, a fireplace, washing machine, two parking spaces directly in front of the house and flexible self check-in via key box all contribute to a comfortable stay.
Access
You have exclusive use of the entire house. Check-in is flexible and fully self-sufficient via a key box — no need to coordinate with the host. Two free parking spaces directly in front of the house. High-speed WiFi throughout.
