Nicely updated property and well appointed kitchen! Location is everything, and you cannot find better: close to the beach and everything you need on Kiawah! We had an issue with the AC during our stay and the property manager handled it well. We had a great stay and hope to return!

The villa was as advertised. Lovely spot close to the beach and the walking trails. We enjoyed the sun deck in the property too (when the beach got a little breezy). Quiet, just a great spot.

Grandkids loved the beach, the area to ride bicycles, and the great food. Would visit again.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This was the perfect place for our family beach trip. It was close to the beach and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Kiawah

Great spot for two couples with terrific access to both golf and beaches. Nice restaurants and shops within minutes. Simple check in/ check out process.

Family getaway!

Perfect time on the beach and riding the bikes on the island, food was very expensive on the island and not good.

Relaxing Vacation

We absolutely loved staying at 2263 Shipwatch! The place was beautiful and the location was exactly what we were looking forward too. We especially appreciated that the beach was never crowded and we took full advantage of the quiet for some good relaxation time.

Blessed vacation

The condo has a very well equipped kitchen. That is super nice! The bedrooms are large, with very comfortable beds. The villas are in the perfect location. Easy walk to a beautiful beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for family holiday celebration

We rented this unit for a family gathering over the holidays as it was close to the unit our daughter and son in law own in the next building. They came and went throughout the visit with our 2 yr old granddaughter as did our other adult children who came in from Charleston. This unit was perfect thanks to its spacious layout, puzzles and games, and well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay!

Fun in Kiawah

Perfect location - right on the beach. It was the right size for our family of 4. Apartment was clean and well-stocked and recently renovated. The carpet in the master bedroom was a bit worn and could use an update. We will consider staying at this location again when we plan a trip to Kiawah.

Thank you for your feedback! We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay. I have spoken with our property manager regarding the carpet. It is only a couple of years old, but we will be scheduling a professional carpet cleaning to ensure it is in the best shape possible for future guests!

Nice stay

We booked a day before we went due to great price. I never received a parking pass by email but the lady at the gate helped and got us one. Great location and convenient to beach! Only negative was no washer/ dryer in the unit and no pool access...but we felt it was priced accordingly.

Very comfortable condo

This condo is spacious, especially the bedrooms. Balconies off each room, which were nice to sit on in the evenings. Very quiet. Master bedroom bed was super comfy. Loved the benefit of the boardwalk straight to the beach. Clean. Well stocked kitchen with every pot, pan, glass, utensil, appliance you may need. TYSM.
