Dog friendly beachfront condo with sunrise views

Newly renovated! Caribbean unit 401 located at 1057 West Beach Boulevard is waiting for you and your family to come and enjoy the beautiful beach vacation you've been dreaming of! It is dog friendly (one small dog, w/additional fee). This two bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has queen beds in both master and guest rooms. The master suite features a large garden tub. The unit can accommodate up to 6 with the additional space of the sleeper sofa. Enjoy your beach front view right off the private balcony. With three TVs and WiFi you can keep up with all your entertainment needs. With a full kitchen, you will be able to cook your meals and eat in whenever you like. The Caribbean property location is prime for getting out and experiencing all that Gulf Shores has to offer in way of dining, shopping, family recreation, and more!

Aside from being beachfront with easy access to the beach, this complex provides amazing amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools (heated seasonally), steam room, sauna, exercise room, and BBQ grills. You will also be provided with your own covered parking spot #401. There is an elevator or ease of entrance. Please, no smoking!

***Each reservation includes 1 vehicle registration $17 plus tax. The additional vehicle pass is $17 plus tax.

***Balcony work taking place until June 1. There will be noise, beginning no earlier than 8 am daily. Parking may be impacted***

Great stay

Came for Sand in my Boots Music festival. About a mile away great view of the Gulf. Easy access to everything we needed within walking and driving distance. Property management is great to work with and easy to get a hold of. Will definitely be rebooking.

We had the best time it’s right on the beach . Animal friendly building which we loved ! Bender Vacations always responds absolute wonderful communication. The condo was nice the beds comfy . They have indoor and outdoor pools also we used the grill . Great trip ! Vacarkons

Great location! Easy access to pool and beach. Condo was beautifully decorated. Only problem were the filthy tile floors. They needed a steam cleaning after every guest.

Nice affordable place, only issue was no way to switch water from bath to shower in spare bath, had a shower head just no way to use it

Lovely long weekend

The Caribbean offered a quiet atmosphere for a 4 day weekend on the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we cooked most of our meals there. The property was impeccably clean and management was very responsive. A great ecperience.

We had a perfect Thanksgiving at the beach. The weather was absolutely perfect. The condo could have been a little cleaner. The floors were pretty dirty. Bed was comfy. Didnt stop us from having a good time.

Caribbean is a great location from which to enjoy Thanksgiving and family. We regret the issue you experienced with the floors. Although they'd been steam cleaned less than three weeks before your arrival, there is apparently more attention needed. Please reach out when you are ready for your next visit to the Gulf Coast!

This is a great location and a great view. The condo was okay. The sliding door was almost impossible to get open.. They got it fixed but it was the day before our last day. The master bathroom shower had black moldy stuff all around the bottom and they came and cleaned it but it was still kind of nasty. Our door code reader had to be replaced our first day after we sat outside for about 30 minutes. The rental company was very responsive to all of these issues but I would have preferred not to have them at all. This is an older unit and a lot of things really need to be upgraded.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed using your condo! It was on the beach and just steps from the ocean and that made it great! The only problem we had was the WiFi is pretty weak and we had a hard time downloading etc. Other than that we had a great time!!

In all our stay was great! Definitely will be going back next year at the same time.

Everything was great! Beach front, nice & quite, indoor and out door pool, nice board walk to get to the beach. Washer dryer, dish washer, full kitchen, and 2 grills!! Also 2 baths!! 2 showers!! And a big ole nice tub!!!!!Could not of have found a better place to stay as cheap as it was and loaded with everything. 1 shower head wouldn't spray out the shower peice but at this point everything else was on point so why let 1 shower head even count.
