What You’ll Love About This Space:
This two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps six comfortably. The open living space flows directly to a private balcony, ideal for catching the sunrise or winding down after a day in the sun. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional guests. Meals are easy with a well-equipped kitchen featuring both Keurig and drip coffee makers, a microwave, toaster, and full-size fridge. A dining area for four, plus in-unit washer and dryer, helps make longer stays feel simple and convenient.

The primary bedroom includes a King bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and balcony access, perfect for starting your day with the sound of the waves. The second bedroom has a queen bed, its own TV, and a private bathroom as well, giving everyone a little extra space and privacy.

During your stay, enjoy the convenience of beach chair and umbrella rentals through Ike's Beach Service. Outdoor barbecue grills are located by the flagpole between Buildings 1 and 2, perfect for casual cookouts.

Guests have access to both an outdoor pool and a kiddie pool, ideal for relaxing after a day by the Gulf. From November through March, the HOA heats one of the two pools on a rotating schedule, providing a comfortable swim option during cooler months.
