Gulf Tower 8C, located at 1051 West Beach Boulevard, is a tastefully decorated and comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom condo with amazing beach front views and access. The master suite in this unit contains a king size bed while the guest room has a queen size bed and a twin bed. With a sleep sofa in the living room, this unit is able to accommodate 6 people comfortably. Gulf Tower 8C comes ready to keep you entertained and connected with two TVs w/ LED and WiFi. The glass enclosed balcony offers exquisite coastal views as well as ability to open up and allow in the fresh beach breeze! This unit contains a full kitchen as well as washer and dryer for your convenience.

Gulf Tower is in a prime Gulf Shores location. 1.5 miles from the popular Hangout and public beaches and 3 miles to the Gulf State Park & Pier. Not to mention the proximity to all the best dining and shopping this island has to offer! With its amazing beach front location access to the our white sandy beaches is a breeze! Aside from the fantastic coastal views, there is also an outdoor pool, BBQ grills, exercise room and free WiFi in the Club Room for your use and pleasure. This location does have an elevator for ease of access throughout the building. Please, No Smoking.

Stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico! The sliding doors on the enclosed balcony are perfect for cooler weather. All of the furniture was comfortable including the beds. My only negative is the extremely poor water pressure in the showers...its a drip

Great place to stay. Convenient to restaurants and beach

Plenty of room and the view was exceptional. Only 4 units per floor which made it nice and not too many people. Anyone that needs a place to stay this is the place. It’s quiet and so convenient to everything.

Great Vacation!

We loved our condo thru Bender Reality! It was perfect! They texted us everyday to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure our vacation was as we expected! We will book thru Bender Reality again! We love Gulf Shores ❤️

Relaxing and Clean!!

This was our first time staying at the Gulf shores and let me tell you it did not disappoint.. It was a super cute condo just the right size for us and an awesome beach view!! The sunrises from the balcony were breathtaking and all shops and restaurants were all within a close reach. Room was clean and neat with access to beach. We will definitely be back..

Well maintained and very convenient with teenagers being close to The Hangout. Also very secure if you come with small children. You have to have a key to get to the pool and to access the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room was very nice. Love the location and view from 8th floor was beautiful but Doors to patio were very hard to slide open. Loved that there were two elevators and only 4 units per floor. Hardly ever had to wait for the elevator. Wish there was an easier way to transport chairs, coolers, etc to the beach except by going thru the pool area but do understand the reason (privacy from outside visitors not staying there). Overall very pleased.

Great view!

Location was awesome and view was beautiful! Kitchen cabinets need to be scrubbed down and we were short on pillow cases. I had to buy some and left them there. But we would stay there again!

Nice place with great view and easy access to the beach. There was a piece of tape over the toaster with “fire hazard” written on it. Odd that no one thought to either replace or just remove it. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is that the pool is apparently a smoking area, and any time someone smoked we had to close the balcony because the smoke would pour into the condo.

The two La-Z-Boy rocker recliners were the best seating we've enjoyed in any stay. The Bender property managers were friendly, stayed in touch and responded breathtakingly fast with the only issue we encountered (not their fault or the Gulf Towers). Access to parking, pool and beach was outstanding. Would work with Bender again in the future.

Condo was nice and clean aside from the bedside lamp switch being broken large vechicles will have problems moving through the parking lot but other than that it was very clean and just as listed we will probably stay there again if available

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed at this condo for several years and we love it! It is decorated very nicely with a well stock kitchen and updated appliances. The condo is located directly on the beachfront giving it a spectacular view from sunrise to sunset. We particularly like the enclosed balcony with the dining table and eat most of our meals there while enjoying the view.There are no cons to this unit. The Bender Realty staff is wonderful. There are friendly helpful and welcoming when we return each year. They are knowledgeable of the condo units and a tremendous help when needed. Keep in mind that Gulf Tower has a one-car limit, which is strictly enforced. Bender reality Office is just a short walk down the road and they offer to park for the extra car, which is very much a bonus.

Great Views/Great Condo/Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is cozy, very comfortable and decorated in a beach theme. Bender Realty was wonderful to work with and you couldn’t ask for a better location and condo layout. We particularly enjoyed the master bedroom off the balcony, as we were able fall asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to beautiful sunrises. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could ask for. Although the condo is a little dated we found it to be very comfortable and inviting. The ceramic (wood pattern) floors are beautiful, however very hard on the feet. After a week, both my husband and I had sore feet. It would be nice to have some area rugs both in the living room and bedroom. The pool is clean and nice to have so close to the elevators. The beach is beautiful with rentable chairs/umbrellas. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo and will be back again! PROS: Beautiful location, great beach and comfortable condo. CONS: The ceramic tile floors are very hard on the feet. Although the floor was well swept when we arrived, it was still very dirty. Five minutes walking without our shoes, our white socks were black. Other than the floor, everything else was clean. Unfortunately this unit does not have Internet. You have to go to the clubroom to get it.

The coffee machine was not working properly so they just replaced it ASAP after I called them, very good customer service. Pool is excellent for all ages. I would definitely recommend.
