From the weathered, yet well-maintained cedar shingle exterior to the interior collection of 1960s colonial-style furnishings, vintage braided rugs, and knotty pine cabinetry to the vinyl flooring and nautical quirks, this home has quintessential New England written all over it.

Dine al fresco on the private porch, grilling under the sun and stargazing after dusk. The outdoor shower will make it easy to rinse off aprés beach. Head inside the sliding glass doors and you'll find 1,100 square feet of space, from the living room to the bedrooms. Flick on the cable-equipped TV (upgrade to come) or use the WiFi to watch your favorite shows

While the kitchen exudes a classic charm, it's still equipped with modern must-haves such as a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Enjoy a hearty meal at the dining table in winter.

Lay your head in one of the three bedrooms: the master has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, the two guest rooms have a pair of cute twin beds each, and there is a new sofabed in the living room. A full bathroom for the whole house boasts beautiful brown fixtures. seven people will be accommodated here.

Wash your clothes in the basement laundry room and dry them in the fresh air with the provided laundry line.

If you've never been to the area, why not explore it? Stock up or grab a treat at the Dennis Public Market or Ice Cream Smuggler and have a delightful dinner at Red Pheasant, Scargo Café, Fin, or Pecorino Romano.

There's tons to do just a few miles away. Enjoy the freshwater at Scargo Lake. Barnstable is eight miles west for whale watching and Provincetown is accessible via ferry. Find something new every time you visit.
