Under 2 min walk to beach is SO convenient. 2:00 check-in is unheard of on Hatteras - it gives you a true 1st day. During the months of May thru the Sat after Labor Day we are a Sat to Sat 7 day rental. NEW 3RD BEDROOM FURNITURE INCLUDING ADULT FRIENDLY FULL OVER FULL BUNKS REPLACING TWIN OVER TWIN BUNKS. ONLY 3 lots from the beach in the back. Fresh and welcoming open 1st floor living & kitchen area with spectacular sound/sunset views in the front. HUGE outdoor shower/dressing area a big bonus. Boat friendly driveway. LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED. You can bring you own supplies or rent them. Linens & bath towel sets can be easily rented from Ocean Atlantic Rentals using link https://www.oceanatlanticrentals.com/linen/. Rental orders must be placed 2.5 weeks prior to arrival and paid in full upon submitting your order. Ocean Atlantic rentals has many other items for rent to enhance your vacation needs and enjoyment. Your linen order will be waiting for you at the entrance door when you arrive to check in.

I've stayed at a number of houses in the area and this is a great one! Very clean and well kept, nice amount of bedroom and living space, kitchen well stocked. Proximity to the beach is the best you can get without actually staying on the beach. You also can't beat the extended check in/out times to maximize the stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at seas the day

Stayed here with my wife and my mother, the location is great! Short walk to the beach and breathtaking views of the sunset on the sound side. When we walked in we all noticed right away this house is very clean, well cared for and maintained. I had a few questions for the owner prior to our arrival and she got back to be in well under an hour, which was very nice. I would highly recommend seas the day!

Little slice of heaven

House is amazing. Super clean, well maintained, super comfortable. Loved sitting on the porch, and love all the ceiling fans all over the house. Great location. And the host is an absolute dear. Will most certainly book again!

Amazing break for us from the hot city to blissful peaceful town

This house is perfectly situated a quaint, un-commercialized part of the Outer Banks. We traveled through the towns of Nags Head, Kitty Hawk, which was so full of box stores that I got a bit fearful. Then, as we traveled further south we found a remote town, and this house was the jewel of refuge for us. It is perfectly appointed for quiet evenings on the front porch, watching the sunset. Beds were very comfortable, and the house was very clean. We used the kitchen quite frequently and it had everything we needed to make meals, bake, and cook on the grill on the back yard. We needed a break from crazy New York City where we live, and we got that and more in your home. We picked a week where Hurricane Debbie caused some rain and wind, but we did not care. We had sunsets, fresh air, quiet surroundings. We found amazing beaches close by. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous in Frisco

Our family loved our stay at Seas the Day. The walk to the beach was so easy and took 2 minutes or so, and the view of the Sound every evening was fantastic. Loved seeing the sunsets. The house was perfect for our family of 7, and the host was great with communication. We will definitely return in the future.

Overall, we enjoyed out stay! Location was great. Right off the main road, not a far drive in either direction to restaurants but not right in the middle of anything. Short walk to the beach. Sunsets over the sound side! Communication was phenomenal. Whenever I had questions, I got very quick replies. The only thing I would have liked to seen differently was deep cleaning vs just the more traffic areas. Nooks & crannies were dirty. I'm OCD and a very clean person so that bothered me and made me question overall cleanliness. My husband didn't notice until I pointed it out. Master bed was super comfy in my opinion. Never heard anything out of neighboring properties. We would stay again for sure if we were headed back to the area!

Great house

We were there for 4 nights. Unfortunately tropical storm Ophelia was there also. An adventure that we won’t forget. The house is solid with a great view of the sound. Spent as much time on the porch as we could. Easy access to the ocean. Kitchen had every thing we needed. Great area.

Three generations....

Patrice is a conscientious host. She responded to emails VERY quickly, and made sure we got the community alerts (there was a scheduled power outage on the island). The property is clean, spacious, and VERY close to the beach. We absolutely loved sitting on the front porch, watching people play in the Sound. My children (20s) and my parents (80s) were very comfortable.

Great vacation rental! Would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful vacation rental and was exactly how it was advertised. Great location and amenities. The owner was the best I have encountered on VRBO, not only did she give suggestions for our stay but was incredibly responsive both before and during our stay.

Great house great location!

Had a great time. Very clean, spacious beach house with everything we needed. Short walk to ocean, short drive to bay, restaurants, shops. Owners were great and easy to reach if needed. Whole experience from booking to staying was excellent. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

Much Needed Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Seas the Day! The home was perfect for our family. Very clean with nice decor and comfortable beds/furniture! We love the Frisco area, when we didn’t drive out on the beach we have a very short walk from the home! Communication with the owner was phenomenal! Thank you for sharing your home with us and being over the top accommodating! We will definitely love to stay again!

Great location

The location is awesome. You can see (and easily walk to) the sound and the ocean. I would stay again! 3rd bathroom is the outdoor shower so only two indoor bathrooms.

Wonderful house in a wonderful location.

The house is in a wonderful location. From the amazing views of the sound, especially at sunset, to the short walk to the beach, its location is great. The home itself was very clean and well equipped. We didn't feel like we were lacking any of the comforts from our own home. Patrice is a good host. She offered us several restaurant suggestions as well as a couple are activities. I highly recommend this place for your next trip to the Outer Banks.

Great house and location! We will definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The beach is a short walk from the house and it the beach wasn’t over crowded. The sunset was amazing to watch from the front porch. The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions and was also very kind. We loved the house and the location. We will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for my husband and I and our two girls!

Our stay was great at Seas the Day! My favorite part was sitting on the porch watching the sunset! Communication with the owner was fantastic and she provided great information about restaurants and activities on the island. The house was clean and comfortable. Will definitely look in to this property again for our next trip!

Hi - we are Patrice and George and we welcome you to our home. We reside in the Philadelphia area but Frisco is our home away from home to us, our 4 daughters and 2 son-in-laws. Although we are considerably closer to the New Jersey shore beaches we grew tired of the relentless crowds, jammed beaches and commercialism there and found our way to the OBX. Once we researched an OBX vacation many years ago we knew that Hatteras Island was the place for us. Our daughters fell in love with Frisco and we have all been coming here ever since.

We decided to look into buying for our 25th wedding anniversary. After two long days of viewing numerous properties for sale it was easy to decide on buying this house. It had it all - location, affordability and a warm family feel.
