We take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: "Heather, thank you for your feedback! I am disappointed by your experience and would have loved to make it right while you were there. I know that guests have access to my number and the local guest contact. I would have sent my cleaner to investigate smells and to hunt down the missing key. It turned out that the previous guests, who had spent 10 days there for medical treatment at the nearby hospital, had forgotten to return it. It is there now but we could have provided an alternate for you had I known. I am so sorry about that. Please always report issues as you find them. I want you to have the best experience. Thank you."

Hi Hydee, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We are glad you chose our home and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect each property and guests can decide before booking if the decor and TV meet their expectations. The listing does state that this property features a Ring Doorbell device, but we are sorry if this caught you off guard. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. We are currently working with our HOA to see if anything can be done about the building and exterior. We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback!
