Stylish and Modern beachfront apartment with one of the best views in the complex!

Master bedroom has a large King-size bed, flat screen TV and master bathroom. It has a nice balcony from which you can enjoy the ocean view.
Second bedroom has 2 comfy full beds and a bathroom inside. It also has an additional guest bathroom (with shower), great for visitors or if you are using the sofa bed in the living room.
Social area has an open space with a fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, oven, large fridge, and a wine fridge. You can see the lovely view while you prepare a great meal for your friends and family. Wooden dining table for 6 and green leather clerk and modern dining chairs
The living area has a queen sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. A balcony with a small table with 2 chairs with access from the living room, great for watching the sunset.
We provide you with beach chairs for 6 and an Icebox for you to take down to the beach.
We offer additional cleaning service upon request, surcharge.

Nice location and view

Awesome Vacation!

First of all Eduardo was so warm, friendly and welcomed us. He was very informative! Our 2 bedroom condo was so clean and beautiful! The views were amazing and the pools and beaches were gorgeous! We really enjoyed the quarter horse trek to the beach, the donkey farm, ostrich farm, glass blowing, as well as the many restaurants! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Perfect getaway!

Had a great stay here. It is much bigger than it appears in the pictures and is perfectly located if you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation. Eagle beach is much more laid back than Palm Beach in the high rise area. Veronica was amazing! Would definitely come back.

Family Aruba Excursion

Great location on Eagle Beach! Enjoyed days on the beach, relaxation by the pool, a trip to Palm Island, horseback riding, and a catamaran/ snorkel adventure. Would have liked to have had a grill. A very enjoyable first time trip to Aruba!

Best location

Perfect place for family, especial during covid. Came and went without seeing anyone. Gated condos right on beach. Eagle beach was beautiful beach and some days with big waves that the kids enjoyed. The condo was clean and very spacious. Loved how beach chairs and towels were provided. Can’t wait to go back!

Great place to stay in Aruba

Great location, amazing views, clean environment, good supply of chairs/towels/cooler for the beach, nice in-unit laundry, and very well equipped kitchen. Would recommend a deadbolt on the door to allow for locking when you are in the unit as the front door has a key code entry that was unreliable when we first arrived- they were quick to fix it and the lock worked well for the rest of our stay. Definitely recommend this unit! Amazing views and great location!

Great vacation condo on Eagle Beach

Loved the location and it was convenient to everywhere as it is half way between Palm Beach high rise area and Oranjastad. Beach was right across a small street from white sandy beach which was never crowded. Condo grounds were beautiful and 4 pools were very nice and lots of sun and shade areas. Condo was fully stocked and comfortable to stay in for a week. So much better than being in a hotel room. Right near Super Food store so we could by anything we needed to have in the condo for the week. Restaurants to walk to also so no need to cook. Great experience!

First time to Aruba

The facility was nice, great view from the balcony over the pools to the ocean. We had a couple bulbs out in the master bath and it was extremely dark. We called Veronica to have bulbs replaced and she contacted the owner and approved new fixtures to be installed! It was a great improvement. I felt like a little more lighting in the living room area would have been nice and a big plus would be a propane grill for the patio. The staff at Oceania were extremely nice and we felt very safe there. We fell in love with Aruba!

Beautiful beach, but maintenance issues

The unit was very clean and nice and we loved the location. Unfortunately we had some maintenance issue (doors to balcony didn't lock, dryer was broken, 5 ceiling light bulbs were out). Every time I called the number for the property manager I got a recording that said "This phone number is switched off." They clearly preferred to communicate by email, and the response was usually that someone would come "tomorrow." Some things got fixed, and some didn't--we got tired of trying to spend our vacation fixing their unit. We still had a great week and the unit and complex was very nice, but it was clear that they don't do routine maintenance checks and repairs between renters.

Great location!

There were many things we loved about our stay in Aruba. The place was very spacious and the view from the balcony was amazing! The location was perfect! We enjoyed using the beach chairs and cooler and walking across the street to enjoy the beach. The shade umbrellas at the beach were also a huge plus. There were a couple of things that could have been improved. Before arrival I sent two messages through VRBO asking for check in instructions. Nothing was ever emailed to me so we showed up to the security gate with no instructions. They directed us to the residence however we had no way to get inside. I tried calling the number for our contact and it said the cellular phone had been turned off. Luckily Albert was there and after about 5 minutes standing outside our room he came and was able to let us in. We never received any check out instructions either so we did the basic things we usually do when leaving a VRBO property. Its been nine days since our stay and we still haven’t received our deposit back yet. There was a musty smell in the master bathroom and the internet wasn’t very strong. The kids couldn’t use the Wifi from their bedroom they had to be out in the living room. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and would stay there again.

Great Aruba Condo

What a great place to stay while in Aruba! The property was well kept. Loved being directly across from the beach. Was the perfect place for watching the beautiful sunsets. The unit was well kept and well stocked with everything we needed - including beach towels, chairs, and snorkle gear. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit which helped. Veronica was very helpful. meeting us at the unit when we arrived. She even had a shopping bag for us to use when we went to the grocery store. We highly recommend this development and hope to return sometime soon.

Amazing

Property is beautiful. It was wonderful waking up every morning with an amazing view. Property was clean and grounds were well manicured and just steps from the beach. Everything we needed was in the condo. We had a wonderful trip!

The condo was lovely with a terrific view of the beautiful property and ocean. The check in was easy and the condo was very clean. There are four pools with few people and the beach was steps away. A quiet beach with restaurants walking distance. It really was perfect. Especially the amazing sunsets viewed from the balcony.

Spacious condo right by Eagle Beach

My family really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was more spacious than we understood from the online photos. It was clean and well maintained, and the Oceania resort is a good location. One thing to be aware of - there are no restaurants or other facilities right on site, but there are very good restaurants within a short walk (5-10 minutes). Also, the Green Bike rentals are a good way to get around if you would like a little exercise, and of course the taxis are easy to get and well regulated in Aruba. The beach across the road is gorgeous, wide, and has nice swimming areas. And finally, the property managers were very friendly and greeted us upon arrival, which is a nice introduction.
