THE SPACE



The moment you open the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors — in both the living room and the bedroom — the Estero Bay becomes part of the room. Dolphins, manatees, tropical fish, and birds make the bay their home and regularly surprise guests with unexpected appearances just off the balcony.



The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space is bright and beachy, with new wood plank tile flooring throughout and a fresh, modern feel. The living area features a full-size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with DirecTV, and casual dining for up to 5 — 2 at the eating bar and 3 at the dining table — giving this condo a slightly larger capacity than most units at the resort.



The updated kitchen is well-appointed with a beautiful glass tile backsplash, full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking and dining ware needed for comfortable meals in.



Step through the glass doors onto the extended open balcony — an outdoor dining table for 4 and those sweeping Estero Bay views await. Whether it's morning coffee or an evening cocktail, the balcony becomes the natural center of the stay.



The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed with resort-quality linens and its own floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening directly to the balcony — wake up to the bay view before you've even gotten out of bed.
