Hodnett Cooper presents this delightfully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 101 features tile floors throughout and all flat screen televisions.

Great getaway!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay and the property. The only critique would be the rug in living room was a tripping hazard. We appreciated the cleanliness, comfortable beds(but too many decorative pillows!), the balcony, the easy access and location.

Spring Break 2021

This was our first time to St Simons Island and we loved it!! The location of Beach Club is wonderful! You can walk to several restaurants and shops, close to bike rentals. Great location! Our condo was clean, spacious and comfy beds! We did encounter one small problem and it was resolved very quickly! All the staff was very friendly!

Easy transaction. As described. Nice comfortable convenient to everything. Near stairs on first floor which was convenient as the elevator is rather slow.

Location

The beach is right off the property, it’s so convenient. It’s clean and wasn’t crowded at any time. The pool is a great amenity as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Parking lot had plenty of spaces and is covered, define nice to stay out of the heat. Overall the condo met our needs nicely (2 adults, 1 child).

Overall had great time & would recommend staying here

Clean Comfortable place with Great location. Close proximity to good dining at Crab Trap, Fiddlers and Echo (King & Price). Beach is flat with nice sand. I do recommend bringing wagon if you plan to carry an arm full of items to shoreline because the beach is about 300 feet wide. Kitchen is not bad; but could be updated especially the kitchenware and utensils. We did not cook in the condo; so it really was not an issue for us.

Loved the condo. The pictures of condo need updating. New furniture and paint made condo very bright and refreshing and “beachie “! The only complaint was the mattress in master BR needs upgrading!

Property review

Property needs some work. It was clean and functional but overall run down some. Toilet seat in master broken. Kitchen cabinet doors sagging and need painting badly. Dishwasher did not drain properly. Toaster does not work properly. I had a nice stay but it was not as nice a place as the the last beach club condo.

WiFi does not work

I got on WiFi the first night and could not get on it thereafter. This was a specification in my rental and I should get a credit for it. I got on once in the manager's office and it was dropped by the time I got back to the unit. The management is aware of the problem and stated they had been trying to get it resolved since October, 2021.

Great location with some issues

The location of the complex was great. It was walking distance to several restaurants and had direct access onto the beach. The pool area and courtyard are beautiful and much nicer than I expected. The communication I received prior to checking in didn't give a unit number. Thankfully I arrived while the office was open and they had the information. I was also given 2 different door codes which was confusing. The code I had for the pedestrian gates at the front and for the beach didn't work but that might have been user error. More importantly I wasn't able to connect to the wifi. The network was briefly available when I arrived but it showed that it was unsecure (no padlock) so when it disappeared I didn't bother to contact the management office to try to get it working. This would have been a bigger issue if I'd been there longer. The condo could use some maintenance/improvement. The cupboard doors in the kitchen don't close well. The toilet in the master bath needs to be looked at...there's a constant sound of water moving. The hinge on the door to the master bedroom is broken and the door doesn't close properly. The management company should come through and look at what needs to be repaired. Pros: *Location *Clean *Spacious *Both Keurig and regular coffee maker *Pool area and courtyard are beautiful *Master shower is very nice *Beds, pillows, bedding, furniture are comfortable and clean *Quiet Cons: *Wifi could be an issue *Be sure to get the unit number when you book *The unit could use maintenance *The view from the balcony isn't ideal (fence and neighboring building) Overall it wasn't a bad choice and I'd stay here again.

Stay away - No Internet - No Contact, Badly Needs Renovation

The location was good, the overall building was in okay shape and the main reason we were there - the beach and the pool - were close and clean. The inside is shabby, doors don't lock, master bedroom door was hanging off its hinges and wouldn't close, there was hair stuck in 4-5 places to the sides of one of the showers, but not a big deal since we were mainly there for the beach. However, past that I would warn people to stay away from this unit in particular. The listing advertises wifi, but it's not there - not "it's weak, it's spotty" - it's not inside the unit at all, and there's no signal from neighboring units. Having to do some work while I was there and having a kid who needed to stay inside a few hours a day, it was a necessity for me, and I would not have booked this unit had I known wifi was not included. I called the contact # and left a voicemail the first evening - no response. I called the # twice more over the next two days - they answered and said they'd work on it, but I never heard back. I contacted the property managers, and they had no ability to assist, except to note that there should be a comcast router inside the unit (which there was not). In checking other reviews, I see someone else noted three months ago that there was no wifi, and the owner responded that they would check it. Obviously they didn't. I consider this false advertising, as they knew for at least three months that there was no wifi in the unit, yet kept it listed noting it. I contacted the owner a final time through this site 36 hours ago, but still haven't received a response. If you rent this unit, know that you will have zero response to any issues, none of the doors will lock (including bathrooms), and you will not have internet unless you go to the business center - which is an airless double-cubicle-sized room you don't want to spend more than five minutes in.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed the ease of check in and the community environment at this property. Our only concern was the lack of dresser in the second bedroom. Since there was only a closet, our kids weren't really able to unpack. Still, we had a great visit.
