Jump in the cove! Your favorite people, one lake house, and a private swimming cove just fifty steps out the back door — that's what sets this place apart. Mornings start with coffee on a tri-level deck as the Texas Hill Country wakes up around you. Afternoons drift by in the stock-tank pool or a kayak paddled straight to the cove. Nights belong to the hot tub under a sky full of stars, the fire pit crackling, the tiki bar open. This is Canyon Lake the way it should be lived — together, unhurried, and steps from the water.
THE SPACE
This is a home built for togetherness. The living room and kitchen share one big, open space, so whoever's cooking is still part of every conversation. Sink into the huge sectional couch — a favorite for movie nights. A wood-burning fireplace warms cool evenings and central AC keeps summer comfortable.
The kitchen is stocked for real cooking, not just reheating — full-size stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes and wine glasses. The large dining table seats the whole group, and a margarita maker stands ready.
Sleeping fits up to 15 across four bedrooms plus flexible living-room beds:
• Bedroom 1 (Master): a restful queen with its own TV — the quiet corner adults claim first.
• Bedroom 2: two bunk beds plus a built-in video-game nook — the kids may never come out.
• Bedroom 3: a queen bed and a full-over-queen bunk, so a whole family fits in one room.
• Sleeping nook: a trundle-bed nook off Bedroom 2 — open (no door), handy for extra kids.
• Living room: two single beds and the sleeper couch handle any overflow.
Three full bathrooms keep the morning rush civilized, and a washer and dryer let you pack light.
THE OUTDOORS
Outside is where the property shows off. The multi-level deck is the heart of it: a private hot tub with the best seat in the house, a stock-tank cocktail pool open all year, and a handmade fire pit framed by lakefront views — s'mores in the cooler months, star-gazing in the warm ones. The tiki bar has its own TV for the big game, a gas grill stands ready, and sun loungers wait for slow afternoons. Two sit-on-top kayaks are yours — carry them down to the private cove and push off. Inside, a game console, foosball, and board games entertain every age, while fast Wifi and a workspace cover any real-life calls.

WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR
• Multi-generational families: four bedrooms, kid-friendly bunk rooms, a game nook, and a walk-to-water cove give every generation its own space.
• Family reunions & group getaways: room for 15, an open layout, a big dining table, and a deck built for gathering make this a natural home base.
• Lake-loving friend groups: kayaks, a cove, a pool, a hot tub, a tiki bar, and a fire pit fill the day from sunrise to starlight without leaving home.
• Special occasions: milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and celebration weekends fit right in — responsibly hosted, with a warm Superhost a message away.
Please note: this is a family home, not a party house — the best fit is a group that wants to relax, play, and reconnect.
GUEST ACCESS & PARKING
You'll have the entire property to yourselves — every bedroom, the full kitchen and living space, all three bathrooms, the laundry, and the whole multi-level deck with the hot tub, pool, tiki bar, fire pit, and cove access. The only off-limits space is the garage. Check-in is contactless with your own keypad code, so you arrive after 4:00 PM on your own schedule. Keep in mind the home has multiple levels and stairs (including the walk down to the cove), so it's best for guests comfortable on steps.
Parking is free and plentiful — a rare luxury for a lake house this size. The driveways hold four or more vehicles right on the property, so bring the whole caravan without shuffling cars or paying for a spot. Free street parking is also available nearby for bigger groups arriving with boats or trailers. No passes or permits to arrange — just pull in, unload, and start your weekend.
GOOD TO KNOW
We keep it simple so everyone relaxes:

• If anyone in your group is under 30, please message before booking — we happily host respectful groups.
• The home has stairs and multiple levels — please supervise children near the water, hot tub, and pool.
• For insurance reasons, floats and inflatables aren't provided.
• No smoking indoors. Reach out anytime — your Superhost is nearby.
