Fully Renovated Townhouse -- 5 minute walk to Beach and Boardwalk!!

This recently renovated two floor condo has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and is only a block and a half walk to the Seaside Boardwalk! The first floor has the living room, a modern kitchen, a breakfast area and a half bathroom. The second floor has a master bedroom with a full bathroom, and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bunk bed. A stacked washer and dryer are also located in the unit.

Four (4) beach badges are included with rental!

Immediately outside the front door is a cozy deck, perfect for eating, relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. One assigned off-street parking space is also provided.

Please note that this is a NO PET, NON-SMOKING UNIT.
This is a small quiet condominium complex with several year-round residents, so we do not accept prom or party rentals.

Any bookings between May 1 and June 30 shall require the rental information to be provided and rental agreement to be signed and returned by all occupants within 48 hours of booking or the reservation may be subject to cancellation. During this time we have a blackout period of no groups shall have any guests between ages of 15 and 25 even if accompanied by an adult. After July 1, these restrictions do not apply.

Any bookings commencing on a Sunday must be a minimum 3 night stay. Memorial Day, July 4th weekend and Labor Day bookings are 3 night minimums (Fri-Sun checking out Monday block or Sat-Mon checking out Tues block).

Rentals at all times may have a maximum of four (4) adults and up to two (2) children up to age 12.

Please contact us for pricing if you're interested in a short term off-season monthly rental through March 31st.

Great find and blocks from the beach! Perfect location surrounded by places to eat and safe area. The condo was impeccable and just the right amount of space. Street parking was not difficult as long as you get your spot early! Would highly recommend for families with kids who love the boardwalk and beach!

The toilet flooded

The toilet flooded. I fell hurt my knee, took a whole day to fix on the phone quite often with the owner and the owner next-door ruined my time. Very disappointing.

Not a 2 bedroom

The townhouse is very nice, clean and in a great location. But it is not a 2 bedroom. The is a bedroom inside of another bedroom. So you go upstairs into a bedroom. In that bedroom, there is a door that leads to another bedroom. And inside that bedroom is the full bath. We made it work but don’t think it should be advertised as a 2 bedroom. Then the issue of our $500 deposit never being refunded. The owners said they communicated with VRBO and they said they refunded it, but we never received it back which resulted in me disputing the charge with my AMEX. Not blaming the owners but what a headache dealing with all of this. Not sure I will ever use VRBO again.

Perfect stay for my family

My family and I loved staying here. The house was very clean upon arrival. It was the perfect size for our family if 5. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen to make home cooked meals. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short block and a half from the boardwalk. Will definitely be staying there again!

Convenient location

Loved staying at this home. Cozy and quaint, super clean and very convenient to the boardwalk - about 3 minutes to walk. Also, the beach passes get you onto the Seaside Heights Beach - which is very close to FunTown Beach and Seaside Park but those require different passes to access. I would recommend walking in groups at night from the boardwalk back to the house…it’s just a bit questionable with the motels you have to pass to the area with houses. The owner is super responsive and helpful. The management company does a great job collecting information and is very communicative. Having your own parking spot is a must have in this area and third rental comes with one. Wi-Fi works great! And the AC is nice and cool! Would highly recommend this property to enjoy your stay at Seaside Heights!

Girls Trip

Our stay was wonderful. Cute cozy house. At night the neighborhood was quiet. Just a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach. I will definitely stay here again

Excellent location and very Quiet

2 blocks from boardwalk and beach. Great place for everyone, kids , teenagers and adults. Nice kitchen, big enough to cook for whole family. 2 bedrooms upstairs and main bed with queen bed needs to walk through the other bedroom with the bunk bed and 2 other twin beds. Loved our stay here , would definitely recommend and come back. 5 stars!

Great unit, area is a bit rough around the edges

Condo was great. Clean and while not very big, still had plenty of room for five of us. Really liked it. It’s neighborhood, while close to the boardwalk and beach, was a bit shady.

great house and location

the house is clean and in an absolutely GREAT location. easy communication with owners thoughout the process. My only recommendation is that a couple things be added to the listing that are understandable but we were caught off guard on during the process. - you will need to buy insurance through vrbo or put an additonal hefty amount down as a deposit - there are items (mainly bed linens and paper products) that you will be responsible for bringing on your own. For most I would imagine these arent a real big deal and prob dont influence the decision to book much. Still, it would be nice if these were stated up front. As much transparency as possible is my recommendation.

Great place to stay

We were very happy with the condo. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in process with the owner. We were so close to the boardwalk and beach which was great because of the kids. The living room is pretty small but we made it work.

Great Vacation Spot

We had a great time on our family vacation. It was our first time to this beach for a extended stay and we had a blast! The property is VERY clean and had everything we needed. There was a free parking lot at the beginning of the street for our 2nd car to park at. I was worried about the walk to and from the beach with 2 young kids and a heart condition, but it was not as far as I had expected it to be. I LOVE that the beach isn't super far off the boardwalk too. The property is located toward the end of the Boardwalk, which is nice, because its not loud and rowdy at night. We parked our car and walked all week long. There was a little breakfast cafe down the street and tons of places to eat both on and off the boardwalk. I felt safe and there were a lot of police presence both on and off the boardwalk. I was very pleased with my stay and plan to come back next year for another family vacation!!!

Great Location and Space

What a cute little house! The location is perfect - easy walk to boardwalk and beach and Klees and Ryan’s Deli for dinner and breakfast. Kitchen has everything you need and the little courtyard keeps things nice and quiet. Beds are very comfortable and owner was great - let us park in spot and check in early. Definitely will be back!

Great for place to hang out between beach visits

Property was clean and close to beach and boardwalk. Problem was with layout of upstairs/bedrooms. Only full bath is in the “master bedroom” which makes sleeping difficult. Also, master was too small for pack n play for infant (which we had to supply). If you just need a place to hang out between beach visits, it’s great.

Being so close to the beach and boardwalk, it's super easy to walk back and forth without having to pack up the car, drive to the beach and find a parking spot. Just park in your assigned off-street spot when you arrive and for the rest of the week you can just walk everywhere in Seaside you want to go.
