Thank you for letting us know about the shortage of plates and cutlery, and for leaving the extra plates for future guests—that was very thoughtful. During your stay, no concerns were raised with us, and we were only made aware of them upon your departure. We are also sorry to hear about the cleanliness issue you encountered with the drawers. This does not meet our usual standards of cleanliness, and we will be addressing this with our housekeeping team to ensure it does not happen again. Please be aware we have repaired the blocked ignitor on the cooktop, the dishwasher has been replaced with a brand new one, all light bulbs have been checked and replaced and the BBQ has had a deep clean. Hi Ann, We would love to speak to you about this review as nothing was mentioned by you to the business about any issues at all about the property during your stay. We currently have had guests who have been staying in the property for nearly three weeks who keep extending their stay as they love the property and are not ready to go home.
