The main house opens onto an expansive deck overlooking the bush and lake, providing the perfect setting for morning coffee, long summer lunches, and evenings watching the sun disappear behind the hills. The separate studio offers its own living space and kitchenette, creating an ideal retreat for grandparents, couples, or teenagers seeking a little independence.

Life revolves around the water here. Launch your boat from the private all-weather boat ramp, tie up at the jetty, or spend the day exploring the lake's hidden bays and fishing spots, or the boat only access Lake Rotoiti Hot Pools. As shown in the photos, this property has unfenced access to a large expanse of bush nearby. It is essential that guests take personal responsibility for the safety of their group in and around the bush area adjacent to the property.

As the property has unfenced access to the lake, adults should closely supervise children.

All weather concrete boat ramp and 4-berth jetty are available for guest use. Boat trailers can be parked on the lawn.

There are two single kayaks available to use. Lifejackets should be worn at all times.

This property is located down a driveway but there is a bay for turning your vehicle and backing the boat into the water.

No parties or large gatherings are permitted as the property is situated in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood

In support of the regional pest management plan, please ensure all vessels are free from freshwater pest fish and plants. Please discharge ballast prior to arrival, and ensure watercraft are “checked, clean and dry” prior to arriving at Lake Rotoiti.

Pets may be considered on request. As the property is not fenced, pets must be house trained. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, ensure they are clean and dry before coming inside, and avoid leaving them unattended in the house.
