This Home is located in desirable Seaside park, New Jersey,. Located just 1 short block to Beach and just a 5 minute walk to the famous Seaside Heights Boardwalk & Water Park! This is a rare find in Seaside Park that combines spacious suite style bedrooms and close proximity to the beautiful Seaside park beaches.

This is a ranch style Home with all living space on one floor. Approximate 3 steps to front door. This home has an additional 2 BR Cottage rental in the rear of this property which is rented separately and not part of this rental. Cottage has its own rear yard as to not interfere with your use. . This Home has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, living room. Living room has internet access ae. Three Bedrooms and Two Full Bathrooms with one bathroom having a tub and the second with a stand up shower . All three bedrooms have Queen beds. Living room and both bedrooms have Smart Televisions , Suite has central air conditioning in all rooms. Home enjoys its own dedicated internet router. Rear cottage is not included in this rental. Two parking spaces. Great for families vacationing together.

This property has a rear yard with Gas BBQ, Outdoor Shower, fire pit and outdoor tables and loungers. Guests received two designated off street parking space and free street parking for traditional cars. Newly upgraded coin operated laundry room just steps from your Suite. This location is part of our Lazy River in the Park location that has a total of 5 Suites and two homes. Our properties are professionally cleaned and are re-sanitized and re-disinfected within two hours of our Guests arrival.

Lazy River Rentals offers short term & Winter rentals between: September - April only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements repairs. Guests must provide a copy of employment contract or verification of home ownership. Zoning for our properties prohibits rentals for temporary change of residency using home as a primary residence.

Disclosure; Sept 1 - May 15. - Off Season Short Term Rentals do not allow pets and occupancy is limited to no more than 1 guest per bedroom. 2 BR suites have a maximum occupancy 2 guests from 3 BR permits 3 guests, 4 BR permits up to 4 guests. Non Employment Guests would require employment verification and credit check.

Mature Young Adults - Lazy River Rentals will accept a limited number of young adult rentals starting April 15 though June 30, 2024. Rentals are limited to no more than 2 per bedroom. No outside Guests or Visitors. $ 200.00 additional registration fee and $ 79.00 Insurance fee. added to reservation. No Group Prom Rentals Please. Maximum 2 guests per bedroom. Reservations during this time period can not have outside guests. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 18 years of age or bring attempt  additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid. Maximum is 10 adults guests an 2 children under 12.
