This 1250 sq ft. condo sleeps 4 adults comfortably, 6 total with 2 small children. The 2nd story unit sits right on the water with open bay views including stunning sunsets across the Route 90 bridge. Even the master bedroom enjoys these same views. 2 queen beds in one bedroom, as well as a comfortable king in the master with its own walk-in tiled shower. Large open concept kitchen has a huge granite bar to sip on your favorite beach cocktail. Enjoy your crab feast on the enclosed balcony where you can watch the sun set on beautiful bay nights. New furniture and appliances throughout for that home away from home feel. Has an assigned dock if you decided to bring down a boat or jetski, steps from the entrance. Situated between Seacrets and Macky's Bayside, there will always be a fun place to walk to.

Right across the street from the beach too!!!

*Comes with 3 beach chairs, cooler, 5 boogie boards, 3 fishing rods and beach cart for your convenience. Bring your own sheets and bath towels as no linens or toiletries are provided! (although some are usually left over). 4 Beach towels are provided as well as comforters and blankets.

*Bedroom 1 has one king size bed with on suite private bath and tiled shower. Open bay water view.

*Bedroom 2 has two queen beds next to hallway bath that has a full size new tub/shower. Canal side water view.

*Dining area is on the enclosed patio that has a table and seating for 5 with enlarged windows for the best open bay view in Ocean City. (The swing is no longer there)

*Other features include 2 assigned parking spots, free mesh WiFi, new HVAC, new washer/dryer combo, fully equipped kitchen (new fridge) with flatware/plates/bowls/cups, dock access, new floors, new paint, and enjoy movie night on the 65 inch Smart LCD TV!

The location and price were great! There was sand on the couch when we arrived and dust on the dresser. The host also requires a lot of cleaning before checking out. Expected to vacuum, wash dishes (even though the dish washer was broken), do all laundry and put it away, wipe off counters, take out trash, and empty the fridge. They also only provided two half rolls of toilet paper. Although the amenities offered were not great you can't beat the location or view.

Yikes, reading is not a strong suit for people this year. As explained on the first page of our listing, property description, listed amenities, and rental agreement YOU SIGNED: NO LINENS OR TOILETRIES ARE PROVIDED. Luckily, plenty of places sell toilet paper, including the store 100 feet in front of our condo. And no one is expected to vacuum, but yes, please do your own dishes and laundry so the next family doesn’t have to eat your leftover food or smell your used towels, which we don’t have to provide, but thank you for leaving them in the washing machine for the next family to take care of anyway. Where have all the adults gone in 2026??

This place is just as described and more. We walked in and it was very clean, very well organized. Our family enjoyed the space, the kids had their own bedroom with queen size beds which they love and their own bathroom right outside in the hallway. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need and probably more. Same for the bathrooms. You do have to bring your own towels and bedding but that's not an issue for us as we are used to do that. They have many pillows available. The only thing that I'd like to suggest is adding some sort of blackout curtains in the bedrooms as there is a lot of light coming in through the blinds even when closed. I was awake really early with the sun light coming in so if you try to sleep in, maybe bring an eye mask. Oh and there's a white noise machine in the master bedroom. That's fantastic! My husband enjoyed his morning coffee in the sunroom looking at the bay and boats go by. My kids and I took pics there as it is beautifully decorated. :) And you can fish right on the bay which my kids and husband enjoyed. There's a beach cart that we got to use, the "beach feet" bath for when you return from the beach was a success! No need to bring sand inside the apartment. And very easy to use washer and dryer is a plus. The location is great, easy to walk to many places and we felt safe all the time. We will definitely return!

Great escape!

Excellent bayside location. Close proximity to beach, great restaurants, and things to do. The property is well-maintained and photos do not do the sunsets justice! Can't wait to visit again.

Great location

This had great views of the bay and was an easy walk to the beach. Many stores and restaurants were in walking distance. My daughters asked if they could et a comfy bed like the King bed. The place had everything we needed for a memorable vacation.

Family vacation

This is our first time visiting OC MD and had a great stay at Bob’s. Overall rental listing has clear pictures and accurate descriptions of the unit. We used all 4 beach chairs, cart and towels. Really appreciate all of the amenities that came with the house. Easy and quick walk to the beach, also great view of the bay. Thanks!

Hidden Gem!!

Great location! Easy to walk to beach, restaurants, mini golf, etc. Feels very private, even though it is so close coastal highway. Owner was quick to answer a few questions when we arrived. Clean and well decorated!! Perfect spot for a last minute weekend OC getaway!!

Great space! Clean and very well maintained. Owners easy to get a hold of if any problems arise and very helpful. Neighbors were all very friendly. Loved the quietness but also how close it was to the beach. Will stay there again next year!!
