Micro-weddings that do not exceed the 20 person max allowed guests may be considered between September–May (not available in summer). Please contact us with details for approval before booking. Extra cleaning and trash fees may apply.

Occupancy: Maximum of 20 registered guests. No outside visitors or unregistered overnight guests are permitted.

Parties: Strictly no parties, loud gatherings, or underage drinking. Violations may result in immediate eviction.

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM out of consideration for neighbors.
