Adorable house great location

We enjoyed our stay - a really great location and nice host! Wish it was warmer so we could have used the pool which looked beautiful. We really liked the holiday touches as we stayed Christmas week.

Lovely home

Lovely yard

Very nice home in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. 20 blocks to Atlantic Avenue. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Loved the private backyard with large pool and grill.

Clean, cute, perfect!

Myself and a group of 8 girls came to stay in Allison's house -- it was clean, had everything promised, the pool was clean and perfect temp -- described just as is and the pictures do a good job presenting. We'd stay there again! Definitely check out her GYM it rocks!

Lovely Delray spot for families

We loved our stay at this property. Everything was tidy and it was stocked with all you'd need for the beach and for cooking in. We stayed with our 10, 7, and 5 year old and had the best time exploring the beach, the Sandaway aquarium, the Wakodahachee Wetlands, the Cox Science Center and of course, downtown Delray Beach. Allison was responsive about any concerns we had. Highly recommend.

Nice Spot for Family Getaway

Allison's place was perfect for our group of 3 adult couples and one 3 year old. It's in a quiet residential area, and is a quick drive (or nice bike ride) into the main downtown. The inside is really cute and the pool was great to have. The house has three main bedrooms, with a fourth off the garage, which worked perfectly for our group. Allison was really helpful and fast to respond, we would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking. Thanks for having us!

This is a charming property and for the most part it was a good experience. Location is great however the bathrooms have not been renovated and they do need some work. Backyard was nice and pool was great something I would also note is that the fourth bedroom is in the garage, with a window unit.

Hi Brianna Glad you enjoyed your stay ... I list on the site that the house is a 3/2 meaning 3 bedrooms and 2 baths The additional room off of the garage is just that additional in case people have teenagers or additional guests that are looking for extra space . I always discuss this with people that are checking in with larger groups. I didn’t mention it to you because you were a party of 2 with a child and I knew you would not be needing additional space. The bathrooms have been updated but are small , I am limited with what I can do with the space afforded. I apologize if you were having an issue with something I am always just a phone call away and ready to help with anything that could go wrong.

Nice home

The home is nice and Allison could not have been more accommodating. The kitchen is not well appointed and the furniture is not well made. The pool is not heated which would be ok most days in Florida but it was a cool week so we couldn’t take advantage of it. Overall a good stay.

Family fun in the sun

Loved this property. Allison was a great hostess, and very responsive. The home was well stocked. Especially loved the abundance of pool towels, as well as beach towels, loads of pool toys, and beach 🏖️ chairs. Also bikes available . We spent a lot of time daily at pool side, and enjoyed the outdoor oasis….very inviting with table and umbrellas. Our kitchen was well stocked . This home had a bonus bedroom tucked away in the back of house. All in all , we enjoyed our 6 week stay. Thank you Allison

Property not maintained as well outside

External maintenance of property not up to a good standard. Internally everything was in good order but the 4th bedroom is located at the back of garage with no easy access to a bathroom.

I explained the reasons for the condition of the side of the property, after the hurricane I lost a tree which brought down a concrete wall when it was replaced in time for your arrival the grass was disrupted from the tractor ... You also complained of leaves in the grass this is a daily occurrence when it's windy. You mention the 4th bedroom The house is listed as a 3/2 meaning 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with an extra room When I have larger groups I explain that this room is just a place for accommodating additional guests if needed and is not located in the main living area. It's disappointing that you just mention the negative aspects in regards to the yard even after my explanation... No mention of the great neighborhood, beach chairs umbrellas, bicycles that were enjoyed by your group It's a shame that the side yard being disrupted sod led to a 3 star review of the property that you mentioned you were very comfortable at. Sorry the yard had such a negative impact on your stay Fondly Allison Payne

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in a great location. The house is perfect for a family- multiple bedrooms, inground pool and wifi. The owner left fresh flowers and fruit. It's a quick drive to the beach. Also, in town there are wetlands to visit and a really nice zoo. The owner also kept in touc h with us and was available at all times. Loved it there.

We love this place!

This is a great spot with a great owner. The house is located just a short drive away (or long walk) to shops and restaurants on Atlantic Ave., tennis, and beach (although we love the quiet privacy of the backyard pool). The house is clean and spacious. We’ve stayed here three times and will return next year as well.

Perfect Location

House was perfectly described and great space for larger group. Having the home owner to deal with directly was a bonus, ( not a management company) , Allison was wonderful! The best location , close to the Ave, beach and many other great spots. We rented a golf cart, which is highly recommend to get around! Great 2 week stay! 😎

Our stay at Delray

I can honestly say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Allison was so very helpful with a few of our small issues and took care of them very promptly. The best part of our stay was the pool outside-perfecto!!!!!
