Cowpet Bay Beach Front Villa with Amazing Views

Located right on Cowpet Bay next to the Ritz-Carlton, you walk right out your door to the beach. Four different balconies overlook beautiful Cowpet Bay beach and have stunning views of St. John. It’s a short five minute drive to Red Hook for access to several restaurants and groceries and an easy ferry ride to St John’s island. This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo includes two king bedrooms and one bedroom with two queen beds! Each bedroom has a full private bathroom with a 4th full bathroom off the living area. A full kitchen allows you to take a break from the sun for a quick lunch or eat in after a busy day. This condo is not only steps from the beach, but from the pool and hot tub – separated only by the pool bar. Beach chairs & towels, pool, tennis court, and hot tub access are included in the rental. The community is gated and is manned by security in the evenings and through the night. This condo sits in a beautiful niche carved out of the paradise that is St. Thomas.

Sue was wonderful to work with. She responded quickly to all our questions and gave us so many great tips and recommendations! The details! The host provides you with all of the insider information - from the best restaurants and grocery stores to kayak and boating adventures! On the property, details are not spared either! The little things are very important and make all the difference! There are charging stations beside every bed, extra hooks in every room for hanging towels and wet clothes, the beach at the resort is raked every morning, and the property grounds are constantly being maintained - never an overflowing trash can or overgrown foliage. You get all of these "extras" on top of all of the amenities detailed in the listing!

We had an awesome time and would stay here again. There is everything you need right there, no need to feel pressure to leave the area. The place is as advertised and would recommend it to anyone traveling there. Checking in and out was easy and plenty of parking. AC worked in all rooms so resting and relaxing was easy.

Sue’s condo was the perfect place for my family and I. It’s a great location with a perfect set up for a family of eight and very easy to go to the pool and beach. Lots to do here for a week.

The resort and specific unit was perfect for our family stay in St. Thomas. Spacious! Enough room for everyone to have their own spaces and also come together for card games and time together. Clean. Easy parking. Easily accessible to everything we needed. Beach access was nice and relaxing. Restaurants on the property were good. Staff were friendly. Easy drive to Red Hook for lots of restaurant choices {and a food mart}. Safe. Communication with Sue, the host, was suburb. If we went back, we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful condo! We had so much space to rest and relax and the property is very quiet! Fantastic Stay!

We enjoyed the place very much! Great communication from the owner. Filled me in on all the local go to places. Clean condo stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out. Beach literally a minute walk. Restaurants on site. Perfect location to explore other areas of the island.

Great Vacation

Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and spacious. One of the AC units broke during our stay and Sue had it fixed very quickly. She is an excellent communicator and went over everything before our stay. Cowpet Beach is a beautiful place to stay and very convenient! Will definitely be back!!

Paradise for sure

This property was beautiful. Everything you need is there. The unit was well equipped. The loft was framed in which added privacy for the couple sleeping there. The beach was perfect, great snorkeling. The restaurants on the property were excellent. The owner was easily accesible and made the visit wonderful.

Very nicely remodeled.

This was our 9th trip to St Thomas and by far this was the nicest condo that we've stayed in. Very close to the beach and the pool. There were TV's in the condo but we never turned one of them on. We would definitely stay there again. Sue was a pleasure to work with.

We loved Sue’s property!

Our family of 7 made our first trip to St. Thomas and stayed at Sue’s home for 5 days and 4 nights. The stay was incredible! There was plenty of room for everyone in our family and the view from each balcony was breathtaking. Sue went above and beyond with communicating and ensuring we had the perfect stay. She also provided numerous recommendations for food, drinks and activities in the area. If we visit St. Thomas again, we will definitely be booking another stay at one of Sue’s rentals.

Amazing stay at Elysian

Stayed in Sue’s 3 bedroom unit Jan 5-12. We were a family of 7 - with 5 adult children. Unit was extremely spacious and kitchen was very well stocked - she even left a basket with sunblock and bug spray for us to use. Loved relaxing at the beach and the pool /hot tub. location in red hook was very convenient. Even though she was off island , she was very responsive to any of our requests/inquiries. Would Defintely love to come back and stay in this beautiful unit !

This place was great, a true gem of St Thomas! Our biggest problem was who got the loft bedroom upstairs as everyone wanted it! Great views just as you see. The property was awesome with great places to eat and drink, an outstanding waterfront and pool area, as well as spacious accommodations. Speaking with the owner prior to getting there, she made it so easy, and told us literally everything we needed to know! Close to Red Hook for the ferries to go to St John, yet nestled away in a quiet and comfortable space. I cant recommend this enough!!

We chose this property because of its location. It is in the desirable East End, near the Ritz Carlton and a stones throw from Red Hook and the ST. John's Ferry. The resort is beautiful and well-maintained and the beach is a hidden gem! The restaurants on property are excellent and there are plenty of options nearby. We felt we couldn't go wrong, and we haven't been disappointed!

This property has everything you need within the complex. For your days in the sun, it's right on the beach with chair access included and features a beautiful pool and hot tub right off the beach.

For your dining needs there are 2 restaurants on property. Sangria's features a casual menu of salads, sandwiches, pizza or even a burger. The Caribbean Fish Market has a full fine dining menu and a great Sunday brunch. There is also a full bar between the beach and the pool.

Beach towel service is included and there are ice machines around property to pack your cooler for the day.
