The house is secluded right on the north shore of Emerald Lakes, the largest lake in Naples. The living room, kitchen and dining area have a solid to the ground 15 meters wide windows facing south overlooking the partially covered large terrace and the lake. They sit in air conditioned area if needed and have the whole lake panorama before him. Eagles, pelicans and cormorants get their meals from the water. If you're lucky, you visited one of our turtles on the shore. The house is newly furnished and offers with 2 HDTVs, Internet (WIFI), telephone, audio / DVD system and comfortable seating areas all you need to relax and feel good.
On 155 sqm you will find:

Suggestions: Usable 2 car garage, workable TV, at least 2 chairs with floor lighting for reading, replace dead kitchen ceiling lights. Generally a very pleasant stay with exception of above suggestions

Fantastic holiday home

We just returned from this beautiful home on the lake. We spent the month of February relaxing on the lanai, swimming in the pool which is conveniently located next to the property and of course the beaches which are a short drive away. We used the bikes that were provide almost everyday and played pickle ball on the courts next to the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The house is fully equipped and decorated with elegant and refined artifacts. The goldfish pond is such a nice addition. I loved seeing them and feeding them everyday. Some stores and restaurants are within walking distance. We loved going to The Founders bar/restaurant which also has entertainment. Erika (the owner) was a pleasure to work with. She was available if needed and answered any question in a timely manner. She takes pride in her home and ensures her guests have a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning to this beautiful home.

This owner needs a property manager

The owners live in Germany and are very difficult to deal with. They expected us as renters to take care of multiple issues for them, or blamed us if something was not working right. We are from Illinois and stayed there in January 2021. No one had stayed in the home since March of 2020. Their garage door did not work when we arrived, but they said it worked when they left and we must have broken it. They arranged to have someone to come and fix it, and asked that we wait around the house for the afternoon and the next day for the repair person to show up. The internet service is terrible, and I had to use my IPhone way too many times as a hot spot to be able to send emails to my clients. The owner denied it and once I had enough account information to contact CenturyLink I was advised the issue was probably due to the age of the router. I told the owner and they did nothing about it. The owner accused us of not paying VRBO as they had not yet received their payment from VRBO. We absolutely paid with the booking and I emailed the receipted email to the owner. They responded and told me that since I had all of the information, I needed to contact VRBO to find out why they were not paid. Which I did (twice), and while VRBO could not talk to me about the owner's account, they did advise it was probably the owner's bank or their tax form was not up to date - which the owner then denied. The bedsheets are very worn and pilled. I told the owner which they denied, so we went and bought new sheets. The palm rats are very noisy at night running around on the roof (and peaking at you through the lanai) and rustling in the foilage outside of the lanai. The owner responded by telling us where to find the black box and the poison and how to use it. If you are familiar with the term "helicopter mom", this owner is a "helicopter owner". Calls you, emails you, to check in on you - but not to take care of issues. Has outside cameras (we think they are just outside) which they use to watch you. They do not have posted on their VRBO page that they have cameras, which is a violation of VRBO policy. And certainly spying on your guests is not in keeping with VRBO policy either. All of this is really too bad, as the house is located in a decent location, and the view of the lake is pretty. There is much more to this story, but I am running out of room. This owner needs to remove themselves from managing the house and hire someone.

Wonderful and beautiful lakefront view villa

Very lovely and extremely clean villa with all you need to enjoy a wonderul vacataion in Naples.(beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, toys, etc...) The supermarket and drugstore are just 2 minutes away and the lovely Mercato area with the movie theater, restaurants, bars and stores is very close by as are the beautiful beaches which we enjoy every year. Our host, Erika was very reactive and most welcome. If you want to enjoy your vacation with no hassle this is the place to be!!!!

Es fehlt an nichts - ein perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir haben als Familie 3 wunderschöne Wochen im Südwesten Floridas genossen. Das Domizil eignet sich hervorragend - nahezu ideal - als Ausgangspunkt, um die Höhepunkte der Umgebung zu erleben. Im Haus selbst fehlt es an nichts. Besonders die kurzen Wege zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des tägl. Bedarfs, als auch zum Pool, sind hervorzuheben. Alles macht einen sehr sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Nach unseren Unternehmungen sind wir immer wieder gern in unser "Paradies auf Zeit" zurückgekehrt. Auch wenn man einmal einfach nur Entspannen möchte - die Terrasse mit Blick auf den See macht es möglich. Wir kommen gerne zurück.

Amazing villa in a great location with a great owner!!

This is a fantastic villa in a great location. It's very well maintained and immaculate throughout. There is everything you need and it's also very close to shops (Publix and Walgreens are around a 5-10 minute walk so no need to take the car). The main attractions of Naples are only a short drive away. My wife and I stayed for two weeks and would have been happy to stay for much longer. You can tell that the owner takes pride in their home and knows how to ensure their guests have a great holiday. There are bicycles that can be used by guests along with beach equipment. Importantly, the area is very quiet and also feels very safe at night. Don't let the lack of a pool put you off renting this villa. They are normally very small and the owner usually charges extra for heating. The clubhouse is less than 1 minute walk away and has a very large pool with other facilities that can be used by guests. The area is largely residential and the pool was very quiet over the full two weeks that we were there. Our favourite thing by far was the large and sunny south facing Lanai. The sun shines from early morning to sunset and has amazing views over the large lake. The owner (Erika) was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was very efficient and it's very apparent that her primary concern is that her guests have a great holiday. My wife and I would not hesitate in staying here again the next time we visit Naples.

Home Review

My wife and I rented this home for the month of February. The home was very clean and well stocked with dishes, utensils, towels, beach equipment, etc. From the large lanai you have a direct view of the lake. Conveniently located to the beautiful clubhouse pool and tennis courts. Centrally located and easy access to downtown Naples and Bonita Springs. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by and within walking distance. 10 minutes to the Naples beach. We enjoyed our stay in February and look forward to returning.

Urlaub im Paradies

Wir haben in diesem wunderschön und sehr geschmackvollen Haus wundervolle 3 Wochen Urlaub verbracht und waren vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag begeistert. Man merkt dem Haus einfach an, dass es für einige Monate im Jahr auch von den sehr netten Vermietern selbst bewohnt wird, denn es ist einfach alles da, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Hochwertige Fahrräder und komplette Strandausrüstung mit Stühlen, Liegen und Sonnenschirm, samt Ständer findet man in der Garage. Und auch in Küche und Bad fehlt es an nichts zum täglichen Leben. Naja, doch, Essen und Trinken, aber das ist dank Publix auf der anderen Straßenseite und auch anderer, sehr guter und naher Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell besorgt. Egal ob zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Auto, es sind es immer nur wenige Minuten bis dahin. Neben der wirklich bis zum Büro kompletten Ausstattung ist das Haus zudem noch sehr hell und stilvoll eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse, aber auch von fast allen Zimmern aus, hat man Dank riesiger Fensterflächen einen tollen Blick auf den See und ist dennoch durch einen schmalen, mit Palmen bewachsenen Grünstreifen blickdicht von evtl. Spaziergängern abgeschottet. Der Pool ist direkt hinter dem Grünstreifen und in nur wenigen Minuten liegt oder schwimmt man dort im warmen Wasser. Und auch dafür liegen die passenden Schwimmutensilien, wie Schwimmnudeln und Schwimmbrett in der Garage. Will man doch lieber zum herrlich sauberen Sandstrand von Naples, so ist auch dieser in nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder dank gut ausgebauter Radwege auch mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Alles in allem ein perfektes Haus zum Urlaub machen, wir kommen gerne wieder. Monika & Hans

Nach unserer Ankunft in New York, fuhren wir nach einem 2 tägigen Aufenthalt, mit einem Mietwagen über Washington, Roanoke, Ashville, Charleston, Savannah, St. Augustine und Orlando nach Naples, wo wir nach 14 Hotelübernachtungen die nächsten 14 Tagen in diesem bemerkenswerten Ferienhaus verbrachten. Schon als wir unser Auto vor der Garage abstellten, waren wir von diesem schönen Anwesen angetan. Als wir dann die Haustüre aufgeschlossen hatten, blieben wir sprachlos stehen, denn ein solch geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, gepflegtes und sauberes Haus, hatten wir wahrlich nicht erwartet. Es war noch viel schöner, als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Zudem fehlte es an nichts. Wir genossen 14 wunderschöne Tage. Morgens vor dem Frühstück in den Pool und das ohne zu frieren. Danach ein ausgiebiges Frühstück, auf der wunderschönen und großzügigen Terrasse, eingerahmt von Palmen und Blick auf den See. Herz, was willst Du mehr. Die Tage flogen nur so dahin. Mal mit Baden im Golf von Mexiko, mit traumhaft feinem Sand und kristallklarem Wasser, mal mit einem Ausflug in die Everglades und dann auch nach Key West. Wir freuten uns jedes mal, wenn wir dann wieder in dem schönen Ferienhaus ankamen. Nicht nur das schöne Ambiente, sondern auch das Umfeld machten den Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder, und können das Haus nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Kompliment und ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieter Edith & Gerhard

Perfekter Urlaub in Naples

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Florida Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet - egal ob Sonnenschirm, Kühlbox oder die großartig ausgestattete Küche - hier findet man alles was man braucht. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal - Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars sind in direkter Umgebung, dennoch bietet die Siedlung eine ruhige Umgebung. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, Downtown Naples ist in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen.

Osterurlaub im Paradies

Wir haben acht Tage in diesem wunderschönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht und es wirklich sehr genossen. Die Buchung über die Vermieter war äußerst angenehm und zuvorkommend! Ein wirklich sehr sympatisches Vermieter-Paar. Von dem Haus aus ist ein Supermarkt sowie eine Drogerie super mit den beiden hauseigenen Fahrrädern zu erreichen. Es ist sehr hell und einladend gestaltet und man fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause. Auf der Terrasse kann man super essen und entspannen und viele Tiere beobachten, die auf dem See sind oder abends durch den Garten huschen. Die Terrasse ist groß, teilweise überdacht, hat einen hübsch angelegten Teich mit Wasserfall und Goldfischen, wo man bereits morgens beim Frühstück die Sonne genießen konnte. Die Küche ist vollwertig und mit allerlei Sachen ausgestattet, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, weil wir oft selber gekocht haben. Die Ausstattung an Handtüchern, Badetüchern, Geschirr und Besteck ist überdurchschnittlich. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön geräumig was auch für die schönen Badezimmer galt. Von dem Haus aus kann man schnell nach Old-Naples gelangen, was übrigens sehr zu empfehlen ist. Desweiteren kann man von dem Haus mit dem Mietwagen alles mögliche schnell erreichen wie den Strand, Shopping-Malls und den Zoo. Der direkt anliegende große Pool war immer schön temperiert und sauber. Wenn wir uns entschieden hatten zum Strand zu fahren, kamen die hauseigenen Liegen, Stühle und der Sonnenschirm immer zum Einsatz. Alles in einem einfach ein tolles Haus! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Great Location

Very nice clean, bright and well equipped home. Next door to the pool and tennis courts. Great Naples location. Close to restaurants and 10-20 minutes to three of the most popular Naples beaches. There is not any cable/satellite TV but there is local broadcast stations from attic antenna. There is excellent WIFI. Large lanai with beautiful lake views. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning as the owner was wonderful to work with.

Traumhaus mit Seeblick

Lake View Dream ist das ideale Ferienhaus. Es entspricht exakt den Fotos und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe fürs Detail. Es ist komplett ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Auf der sehr großzügigen Terrasse mit einem romantischen Goldfischteich kann man wundervolle Abende verbringen. Der Blick über den direkt angrenzenden See ist zu jeder Tageszeit traumhaft. Sehr ruhig gelegen, ist Lake View Dream Teil einer gepflegten Community, die sich rund um den See zieht, ideal auch als abendliche Joggingrunde geeignet. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befinden sich ein Clubhaus mit Fitnessgeräten und einem großen Pool sowie angrenzende Tennisplätze. Alles haben wir bequem und kostenlos nutzen können. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe und die Strände in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Im Haus standen uns verschiedene Strandutensilien, eine Kühlbox, Tennisschläger und zwei moderne Fahrräder zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Besonders angenehm war die herzliche Betreuung durch das Vermieter-Ehepaar, hilfreich auch die zahlreichen Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung. Wir haben eine wundervolle entspannte Zeit in Florida verbracht und uns am Ende des Tages immer wieder auf unser "Zuhause" gefreut. Gerne kommen wir noch einmal wieder. Vielen Dank, liebe Vermieter!

Traumhaus in Traumlage

Ein Traumurlaub sollte es werden und ein Traumurlaub wurde es auch! Das Lake View Dream hält, was der Name verspricht. Das modern und hochwertig ausgestattete Haus bietet einen wunderschönen Blick über den See. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist das Clubhaus mit dem Pool, der den Mietern kostenlos zur Verfügung steht. Neben dem Clubhaus befinden sich Tennis- und Basketballplätze. Der nächste Supermarkt (Publix) ist bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Top ausgestattete Küche mit herrlichem Essplatz, großzügige Schlaf- und Badezimmer und ein gemütlicher Wohnbereich. Zahlreiches Infomaterial für die Entdeckungen des "Sunshine State" liegen bereit. Die Strände sind mit dem Auto oder auch mit dem Fahhrad sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Lage ist ideal für einen kombinierten Bade- und Entdeckungsurlaub. Um es mit einem Wort zu sagen: Perfekt!

super Haus mit Traumblick

ein tolles gepflegtes Haus in sehr guter Lage! Vollständige Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht, gute Betreuung und Abwicklung. Der große Pool ist gleich neben dem Haus, Geschäfte für Lebensmittel etc. nur wenige 100m entfernt. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig in einer schönen Community, der Blick von der Terrasse über den davor liegenden See ist wirklich traumhaft. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Okt. 2011 sehr genossen. Fam.
